If you are looking for an establishment to take care of your teeth well you can find those anywhere. If you are looking for a dentist office that cares and treats you like family then thats 7 to 7 Dental. Saying I have sensitive teeth is an understatement so, needless to say my visits can be challenging. These guys took such great care and had the patience of a saint! Jennifer Pazicni's big beautiful warm smile will make you feel welcome and she explains everything thoroughly. Melissa did amazing! She took her time and made sure my temporary was perfect. But, the absolute star of the show was Dr. Albert Crusco. Heaven was short of an angel today because he was definitely here on earth with me at 7 to 7 Dental. I was there for almost 4 hours and he made sure I felt safe, heard and comfortable. He was so gentle. To say someone with extremely sensitive teeth whom just got a root canal can leave there with a smile on her face well that says alot. This is not a business its a family and that's exactly how they make you feel. If you're looking for a dentistry home this is the place and I pray my honest review brings you home. 🙏🏽 P.S. My D.D.S is so awesome he even had a smoothie delivered during my appointment for me! 💕

They took great care of my 71-year-old mother for her long overdue cleaning and treatment. I really appreciated the courtesy from every staff member from arrival to departure in the form of asking if she was comfortable and their ability to make adjustments despite her being wheelchair-bound to get all her dental needs taken care of. We are definitely returning for continued care!

Went the first time, turned out my tooth was to sensitive. Doc gave me his recommendation and said I don’t want you to be miserable. It’s best if you get sedated. I agreed. That was the best choice. Came back for round 2 lol. Got sedated and Mission Tooth 17 was Extracted and Accomplished. Thank you Doc. Unfortunately I forgot your name lol. Ty tho.

This place put my life at risk and caused me physically pain. only concerned about finances. They used a bait and switch tactic They injected pain medication in to tooth then stop the procedure because I didn't qualify for the funding they needed complete the procedur ask me for immediate cash payment or i should leave. The doctor not even give me medicine for pain because her license just got moved to the state and she did not have authority to write Tylenol 3 Scripts. I'm currently at the emergency room at the hospital where they have given me pain medication IV medication. The hospital emergency document my critical situation and neglect. I call corporate but it is sunday and no response.. I have medical records documenting this event and photos along with medical x-rays from 7 to 7 but they refuse to give me my notes if i did not pay $25 on top of exam fee. I needed them to take them to the hospital emergency room. Do not risk your life dealing with these people. No Integrity, accountability, or why stewardship. they are definitely not a community organization under a basic oath of decency.

I’ve been a patient at 7to7 Dental for years, and I’ve always been happy with everything—the service, the staff, and the flexibility of appointments. I had no complaints until my last visit on Friday for a filling. The dentist (Dr Cresco) seemed to be in a rush and didn’t allow enough time for the anesthesia to take effect. He appeared to be trying to finish as quickly as possible. After stopping him about three times, he finally agreed to pause and give a few minutes for the anesthesia to work. Even then, I felt very uncomfortable and did not feel properly numb until almost the end of the filling procedure. This was my worst experience and the first time I’ve ever had an issue at 7to7 Dental

Very disappointing experience. My family has been going to this dental office for over two years, but things started changing last year. First, during my daughter’s regular cleaning appointment sometime in the first half of last year, they suddenly charged us a copay. Before that, we had never been charged one, and interestingly, we were never charged one again afterward either. The front desk simply told me the insurance required it. I let that go at the time. Later, my wife had a deep cleaning done. She then had follow-up treatments in October and January. Earlier this week, however, the office told us that they do not accept DentaQuest insurance and claimed they haven’t accepted it for the past two years. That makes absolutely no sense. My wife had treatment there as recently as January, and the insurance had already confirmed coverage at that time. So how can they suddenly say they haven’t accepted this insurance company for two years? Then we were told that my wife’s third follow-up appointment would require a $146 out of pocket payment. I asked why the first two follow-ups were supposedly covered by insurance, but the third one was not. Their explanation was that the first two claims were still "open" and that we actually owed $96. The problem is that we never received any bill, and during previous visits nobody ever told us we would need to pay out of pocket for these follow-up cleanings. On top of that, the numbers don’t even add up. The previous two follow-ups for the exact same treatment were supposedly $96, but this one suddenly became $146? Nothing about this feels consistent or transparent. What made things even worse was the explanation from the front desk. They basically told us that if we choose not to continue the recommended follow-up treatment, that’s fine , but if we continue with any other cleaning treatments in the future, we would still have to pay for the remaining follow-up visits anyway. Overall, this experience has felt extremely disorganized and misleading. Don’t let five star reviews fool you. If you are considering becoming a new patient here, I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before choosing this office.
