I had a great first experience at this dental office. The facility is very clean, and the office is modern and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this office to others looking for dental care.

I have dental anxiety and some pain I needed to be accessed. I researched dental offices, and I came across this one to visit for the first time. Trish and Dr. Katernya took really great care of me! Not only did they make sure I was completely comfortable, they went out of their way to be kind, informative, and respectful. I have already referred so many people today through my experience alone. You can tell they love what they do, and genuinely care about your dental health rather than selling you a product like other offices. 15/10 and I will make all of my dental appointments here from now on!!

This dental office is by far the most friendly, professional, kind and understanding place I have ever been to. They were able to get me appointment same day last minute and took care of me. I was in tremendous amount of pain and left with no pain. I couldn’t thank them enough I will be returning for my cleaning soon! Thank you all! -Troy B

The staff is very nice. However, recently I had an exam and cleaning scheduled. I got a text saying I could come in earlier which I did. Then they told me they did not have time for my cleaning and I would need to schedule Another time to get cleaning done. This was at 12:05, my appt was at 12:00. 5 min. Are you serious? That’s terrible customer service!

Reality Bites staff is always friendly, and professional. My family and I are very happy with their great service. I like they're open on Saturdays. I have recommended them to family and friends.

I highly recommend this practice. The entire staff are fantastic. Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Dr. Malagayo did my dental surgery and it was painless. It is also very easy to schedule an appointment.

My wife used Reality bites to replace a temporary crown that had fallen off on a weekend. She is active duty and it was way smoother than going to the military ER, and the cost was very reasonable…with no wait. I made an appointment for a cleaning because of her good experience. I have coverage through work (NiSD), and their weekend hours made it convenient. So…2 for 2 on availability. Reality Bites was also clean, well equipped, and full of nice, competent dentists and hygienists. I highly recommend, especially if you want to schedule your appointments without missing work.
