They’re simply the best. When I first moved to Portland, I tried two other dentists before landing at Haven Dental PDX. Welcoming vibes, transparent care, and not scammy or money grabbing like some other dentistry’s out there. Happy to have established care here and everyone is so sweet!

Ok, no one I know likes the dentist. That being said, the entire staff here is warm, professional, helpful and nonjudgmental regarding weird mouth stuff. Dr Dahm is great, and I love my hygienist Jane! I love that it isn’t sales-y, like so many of these chain dentists. And my teeth feel soooo clean after a checkup. It’s just normal people who care about your teeth and gums and actually seem to like their jobs. Highly recommend.

Love Haven Dental. I’ve gone since it was May Chang’s office, but I love both Dr Chang and the new owner Dr Dahm. She’s thorough, and explains everything. Office staff are friendly and helpful, and the hygienists do a great job. It’s great to have a woman owned business like this in Hollywood!

I became a patient of Dr. Dahm's a few months ago. I've had a cleaning and a crown put on a tooth. As someone with a lot of anxiety around dental professionals, I can highly recommend Dr. Dahm and Haven Dental. She is a calming presence in the treatment room, very thorough, explains procedures in detail and makes sure questions and concerns are addressed. Her staff are all friendly and professional as well. I love the new office look and the staff is very friendly. I do feel a sense of hopelessness with my dental health. Some of it is my own doing, but it feels like no matter how hard i try, flossing and brushing twice a day, it's never good enough. In part because periodontal associates never contacted me for my quarterly cleaning back in August. I didn't think of it...I also dread being told continuously through my cleaning how deep the pockets are or how bad my gums are receding. While I want to keep my teeth, or what's left, it seems like I'm delaying the inevitable dentures while continuing to spend 1000s on partials and implants. That said, I'm very happy to be a patient at The Haven.

Dr. Dahm is warm, calm, conscientious, thorough, and is especially knowledgeable about recent advances to address challenges I’ve struggled with for years. Her assistant Esther is deeply experienced, skilled, and delightful. I feel very fortunate to have found Haven Dental.

Diane did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The staff is amazing very kind and thoughtful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
