Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

The staff at Diamond Braces in Inwood are very polite and accommodating. I have Dr. Jillian, and she is so sweet and truly knows what she’s doing. I usually go to this location for my appointments, but one time I visited a location in lower manhattan, and a dental assistant there actually recommended that I continue seeing Dr. Jillian. She mentioned that she was trained by her and can personally attest to her knowledge and skills in the orthodontic field. That really reassured me that I’m in great hands here

I had a consultation scheduled today at this dyckman location for my 11-year-old son, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The check-in process was quick, and when I mentioned to the receptionist that I had private dental insurance, she immediately checked the details for me. After about 30 minutes, my son was taken for X-rays, and when I met with the doctor, he was extremely professional. He thoroughly explained everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. Afterward, I met with the coordinator, who went above and beyond to assist me with the insurance process. To my delight, they covered everything, and my son was able to get his top braces that same day! We were both thrilled. I would 100% recommend this office. The staff and doctor were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They also speak both English and Spanish, which is a big plus in this area.

Almost all the staff speaks Spanish and english and they are kind and helpful and fast. I was in and out in under an hour. Very professional. Ana was very kind as well. She gave me a 25% discount, explained things very clearly and was helpful. The office is air conditioned, and lots of comfortable chairs to sit and rest in.

Dr. Carlos Galvez and the staff at Diamond braces Inwood location are fantastic. My daughter's teeth needed immediate attention and they calmed her nerves and made her feel comfortable during those necessary procedures. Great experiences overall.

Switched from Hudson orthodontic and I tell you they are no comparison what’s so ever. These girls take their time and are delicate with every precise move they make. Can’t be more greatful to be in good hands. Hands down the best !

Wonderful experience. Natalie was terrific and patient with us. Explained everything thoroughly add a few times if we needed more clarification. She was just so pleasant and chit chat with too So happy to have done the braces here for my daughter.
