I had an amazing experience at Hudson View Orthodontics, and a huge reason why was Maria! She is an incredible person and the front desk truly cares about every patient that walks through the door. Maria is professional, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She creates such a positive and comfortable environment, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The staff is friendly, the office is well managed, and the customer service is top tier because of her leadership. I highly recommend Hudson View Orthodontics to anyone looking for outstanding care!

"I am filing a formal complaint regarding the horrific and unprofessional behavior of the staff at this clinic. The employees at the front desk/assistance are extremely rude, disrespectful, and hostile towards patients. Their lack of customer service and aggressive attitude make the environment unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. Management needs to address this staff misconduct immediately."

They learned what made him comfortable, even allowing him to blast his favorite music in the office just to help him settle in the chair and cooperate. The results of Dr. Sanchez’s work are beyond what we could have ever imagined. She has perfected my son's smile, and in doing so, has changed his life forever. I had my braces installed last year at a different clinic in Virginia before moving to New York City three months ago. Today, I visited Dr. Sanchez to have them removed and to get my retainer. My overall experience was amazing—every staff member at the clinic was friendly and informative, and Dr. Sanchez herself was incredibly attentive and professional. For anyone looking for an orthodontist, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sanchez. You will definitely receive the best service here. As for the negative comments and reviews, to be honest, they don’t make any sense based on my own experience, in which I received five-star service. I suggest ignoring those negative reviews, as the issue might not be with the clinic but with the patients who left them. Lastly, I want to sincerely thank Dr. Sanchez and all the staff for providing outstanding service and care. I truly appreciate it and wish you all the best!

This review is not about current administration. When I first came to this ortho, my mom was refer by a private dentist, who I guess was affiliated or got paid for referrals. Anyways, came here and it was the biggest mistake. When I went they had this elder, very elderly ortho. I guess he was the owner and his son, also the receptionist was an older white woman. They were all very rude, except the son he was decent. They also had a Puerto Rican ortho also rude, they acted like they were doing charity work on the patient. This current doctor was also an ortho at the time, but I only saw her once and she was nice. Their rudeness turn me off and I just couldn’t continue getting the treatment with them. Worst mistake of my life, this was the place where every private dentist used to send their patients. Hopefully they have changed their ways of running their business.

From the moment I stepped into the office Mary and the staff were quick to acknowledge me everyone was super friendly and so sweet. I was nervous because I was getting braces for the first time in my life. Dr. Sanchez answered all my questions and I felt comfortable. Thanks to everyone I can smile freely!
