Perfect Smile Doc

The day is finally here and I am ecstatic! I started my Orthodontist treatment a little over 2 year ago. My experience with DR. CHO at Perfect Smile Braces has been phenomenal. From my first visit for consultation to my bi—weekly or monthly visit, everything was don’t with prestige and class. I love how detail-oriented Dr. Cho was at every single visit and how he took time to explain my treatment plan and procedures. Staff were attentive and friendly, environment clean and calming. I highly recommended Dr. Cho to anyone and everyone looking to start their Braces journey.

I have been a patient at Perfect Smile for nearly three years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. While the treatment process was lengthy, the results have far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Stern took great care to ensure that every detail was perfect before removing my braces, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. All of the assistants were wonderful throughout the process, especially Nana, who was a huge help during both the removal of my braces and the retainer process.

I completed Invisalign here and was left with visibly misaligned lower teeth and a protruding and rotated front tooth. I emailed the office several times — no response. When I came in to ask about refinements, I was met with open hostility. The orthodontist, Dr. Jinah Kang, said "It’s not my fault you grind your teeth" (attributing my visbily rotated tooth to a chip that had existed before commencing invisalign treatment) and "I went to school for 10 years." When I asked her to stop being passive-aggressive, she physically yanked the mirror out of my hands. I later found out my package included three refinements — information that was never communicated to me at my visits. I did not recieve treatment including the refinements included in my package, and they had removed my attachments before telling me that my package included refinements. My visits were constantly rushed, I spent maybe 45 seconds looking at my teeth. My orthondists were also swapped out in the middle of my treament with no explanation, and the new orhondist Dr. Jinah Kang never bothered to inroduce herself to me. I also experienced and poor coordination around my brackets and rubber bands. My brackets fell off on 3 seperate occasions, one of which was the day after the appointment I had to get it reattached! I'm filing formal complaints. This practice was unresponsive, aggressive, and unprofessional.

Honestly, getting braces was such a good move. I wasn’t sure how it’d go at first, but now that I’m seeing the changes, it’s crazy how much better my smile already looks. The whole process hasn’t even been that bad like yeah, it hurt a little at the start, but you get used to it quick.

Don’t book this place if you don’t want to get scammed. They will charge you $25 without checking your insurance eligibility. They will lie to you over the phone regarding the refund until you ask them for a receipt of reversal. Being a New Yorker, I would never recommend this to anyone. It took them over 6 weeks to process this refund with over 8 different phone calls.

I’ve been with perfect smile for 16 months now and the service is amazing. Usually my appointments were at 10/11 on Saturday and when I arrived they immediately took me to the back and got me started and ready and it only took about 10 - 15 minutes and I was out the door. I recently just got my braces off and my teeth are amazing their perfectly straight, they also gave me my retainers as fast as possible which was awesome so my teeth don’t shift. I’m in love with my smile. Dr. Cho is the best ❤️

My sibling went there and they did so good with her teeth. Went I went they helped me figure out what was that I needed to do and came up with a plan for my braces. Dr. Stern was very helpful and caring about my teeth and their progress. Nana one of the assistants was great, very helpful with every question I’d ask her.
