We have been patients at Firefly Family Dentistry since 2020, and we couldn't be happier with the care we've received. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the office is always spotless with a warm, modern atmosphere. Most recently, my 6-year-old daughter needed cavities filled, and the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and explained everything in a way she could understand, which helped ease her nerves. We are so grateful to have found a dental practice that truly cares about its patients. I highly recommend Firefly Family Dentistry to any family looking for exceptional dental care!

I love it here. Everyone is so nice and they play whatever you want to watch on the tv while you are getting your cleaning done. My tech explains and shows you everything before doing it and is super gentle. My doctor is very understanding. We utilize the membership and pay an upfront cost at the beginning of the year to cover all of my cleanings, x-rays, commas and fluoride. Very reasonably priced. Definitely Recommend!

My husband and I started coming to Firefly around 1-2 years ago and have been very happy with our experience. The office always feels like a clean, comfortable, and positive atmosphere. The staff are friendly and always do their best to accommodate your needs. They really want their patients to feel comfortable — the tvs and ability to turn something on to focus your attention on something other than the work they are doing does a lot to calm any nerves. We researched a lot of places before choosing Firefly, and I have been very happy with our choice!

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always so pleasant and straightforward. I’ve had dentists before who try to upsell me on work needed or who brush off concerns. The team at Firefly doesn’t do that, they take my concerns seriously but without a big price tag on a bunch of up charges! I’ve seen both doctors now and had a good experience with each of them. They are also great with littles!

From the moment you enter the door, you are greeted by a very warm and professional staff. Excellent service and expertise. After many years of different dentist, I have found my team. They truly treat you like family, and provide excellent care. 10/10 with all the stars!

My first visit to Firefly. Short wait, filling out forms. The dental hygienist was exceptionally thorough. Initial X-rays and facial photos to start. When working on my teeth, she was attentive to my comfort level, asking frequently if I was OK. Then the dentist showed me X-rays of the teeth and explained possible and recommended treatments. Quite personable. Upon completion of the exams and teeth cleaning, I proceeded to payment. Due to X-rays/photos the invoice seemed high, but with a Firefly membership plan, it became more reasonable. Overall, I was pleased with the experience—the staff were professional and attentive, the equipment appeared state of the art, and I felt comfortable during the procedures. John
