Most incredible team of highly skilled individuals I have ever worked with. They always make me feel like I am the only one in the room. The quality of work and product used is excellent and the staff with smiles and professionalism, take great time and effort to make sure my teeth are the healthiest they can be. I always make a habit to read reviews. After doing so, I was dumbfounded and thought, did they go to the same dentist? It is an individuals responsibility not the Dental office, to find out if the Dentist is In or out of Network for your insurance provider. If that information is given, it is simply a courtesy given. Always check with your provider.

Terrible. Their website is deceiving. Lead to believe. 3 dentist with different specialty After a month waiting for a consultation the day before they canceled my appointment. Saying they would refer me out. They didn't even have the courtesy to see me. & tell me to my face. & explain why

Just looking for an options and recommendation. I like how they don’t charge for a first visit including my X-ray. Dr Squire and Lisa and the entire team are exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr Squire took the time to explain every step and made sure I was comfortable and I understand all my options. I had a great experienced from this place. I highly recommend them.

I wasted days on dental anxiety for nothing. My first time at Smile By Design was a great experience. Everyone I encountered from check-in to check-out was warm and welcoming. The hygienist, Megan, did a great job cleaning my teeth with minimal discomfort. Dr. Folck was easy to talk to about my concerns. I’ve never felt so relaxed at the dentist.

Hands down best customer service, & cleanest office. Amazing staff & most talented dentists in Virginia Beach. 10/10 recommend. Thank you all for making every experience comfortable & amazing!

Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Office is very clean and visually appealing. Always have a positive experience at this office! Dr Santos is very gentle and thorough during an exam.
