Dr. Maddux’s office is outstanding! They are are professional, clean, kind, honest and excellent communicators. They have cool gift bags for new patients, a spin wheel for prizes, and fun arcade games in the waiting room. The A/C was nice and breezy in the entire office and Grace and Dr. Maddux communicated everything clearly in clear detail! It is easily the most professional and amicable office I’ve ever visited! Appreciate you guys! 💯

Emma was great. I love Maddux. They’re always courteous and respectful. Today I got there early and since they were able to move my appointment up, they did. Anytime I’ve had an emergency, they were able to get me in that day. I’d recommend Maddux to anyone needing help with their teeth.

Our experience with Autumn getting her braces on exceeded all expectations! The doctor and staff were gentle, informative, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the day her braces were placed, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. We felt comfortable, informed, and truly valued every step of the way. So far, two of our three daughters are undergoing treatment here. We are very satisfied, and the 30-minute drive is well worth it for us. The staff is friendly, and the practice is well-organized and structured. We only had to wait a bit longer on one occasion; otherwise, the kids are seen within 5 to 10 minutes. Emergency appointments are arranged without complications.The billing is clear and straightforward. We feel well looked after and are very excited to see the final results.

Excellent orthodontics office. I'm almost finished with braces, and my experience here is consistently great. The staff is always wonderful, and the techs and Dr. Maddux are great about answering all my strange questions. They make the process very easy. I'm happy with how my braces experience has gone so far, and if there are any issues as I transition to retainer, I'll update this review. Cheers and thanks for all your help with my teeth! 😁

Love it here! My daughter has autism and I was very nervous about her getting braces. We had the best experience ever! Not one complaint and her teeth have never looked better! Highly recommended to anyone!
