I went in for my cleaning after the initial consult as the start of the treatment plan recommended few days ago. I was so happy and satisfied with the service and positive interaction with all staff members. They were very professional and courteous. But my best raves would go to JAMILA ( جميلة) the hygienist her hands were like an angel she was smooth considerate patient answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations for how to maintain the health of my gums. I am so glad I found Advanced sedation dentistry and looking forward to having them as my main dentist for many years to come. Thank you again to the whole staff and especially Jamila.

Always a refreshing experience. I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist. The staff and doctors always accommodate and accept my fears. They take good care of me. I am grateful. Thank you all for all you do for your patients.

Good prices for uninsured, excellent staff, and extraordinarily gentle and accommodating. I felt like they prioritized my comfort and helped me manage any anxiety I had about needles or drills for my fillings. They were also incredibly transparent and answered any questions I had about my x-rays, the equipment they used, or pricing. They were also nonjudgmental despite the unique shape of my teeth/bite and accommodated to adjust my bite after the fillings to fit my bite comfortably. Overall this might be the best dentist in Virginia! Check them out if you haven't already you will not want to go back to a normal dentist.

I had a very red, sensitive sore on my upper gum that needed attention. Ashley, the dental assistant was excellent. She explained everything she was doing. She was gentle and patient. Dr Delva examined me and reviewed my x-rays. She determined that I had no infection or decay around the gum or tooth area. She suggested I had a systemic infection. I went to Patient First and that is exactly what it was. Julie, the receptionist, is always smiling, helpful, and pleasant. I would recommend ASD !

We came here with our autistic son, they went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. They had all the patience in the world with him. We love it there! Thank you for your dedication and professionalism.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The wait was reasonable. When I was ushered into the exam room, which was a little chilly today, the gentleman, who for some reason was wearing a motorcycle helmet, offered me a blanket, and before going under, allowed me to make some addendums to my Will. It is said that patients are still awake while under the anesthesia, but I believe I was in another galaxy, discussing Earth's problems with friendly, toothless, beings. The next thing I knew I was awake, in the dentist chair, which is a bit like a La-Z-Boy recliner, with a piece of gauze in my mouth. Having fasted all day prior to the surgery, It was quite tasty. A little olive oil and spices and it would have been perfect. Dr. Kathy Delva, who is a sweetheart, inspires confidence, and I wanted to thank her, but she had already moved on to the next patient, an Elephant with an infected molar. Later I was informed the elephant was easier to work on. She's multi-talented. My only disappointment was not being allowed to take the I.V. home with me for continued sedation.
