Spring Dental

Today was my first visit at this location. The staff rating from 1 to 10 with 10 rating best. I give a 15. The dentist was great! The young lady that check me out was wonderful. The hygienist was extremely nice. Everyone was great! Sam took care of me. I must mention her name. Thank you Sam! You are a wonderful person. Everyone was very professional.

They’re amazing! Everyone is so friendly. But not in a phony type friendly way but in a genuine, kind way. They way the staff all interacted with one another was wonderful to see and be around. Very family type setting. Everyone was professional, kind and gentle. The nurses and even the doctor! It’s definitely a place for everyone to go to! I know I have most certainly found my new dentist!

Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I was skeptical at first since my dentist office closed and I was sent to them but I actually feel It was a blessing after dealing with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental home.

I have been a patient of Spring Dental for over a year, the dental hygienist Pang is amazing, she is friendly, respectful professional and very gentle. My dentist Dr. Kellan is great and caring. My experience at spring dental has been positive every time I go for my oral care. All the staff is courteous and I usually don’t have to wait for a long time. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars it is because they do not communicate in a timely manner with the insurance to get prior authorization in a timely manner. I like that many of the assistants are bilingual in Spanish and English, I like that they ask me what language I would like them to communicate with me at my visit. I had the pleasure of having Alondra assisting Pang on my last visit. I definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a good place to care for their oral needs. Thanks Spring Dental! I went in Dec for a crown, at that time I told them I was changing insurance companies in the new year, they said they didn't accept my new insurance, but to call them when I received my new insurance card and to give them the information and they would call to see if they could do it, that was Jan 19th. Two weeks later I hadn't heard anything, so I called them back, and once again I gave them all my new insurance information and they said they would call me back to let me know either way....I did not hear anything again, so after a week I sent them an email via their website, once again no response. I then called up last week and told them that I would like to have all my dental records seeing as they couldn't be bothered to let me know anything. In which case they did send me my records via email that same day I guess I really couldn't understand why they, since Jan 19th couldn't let me know yes or no with my insurance. I really appreciated and really liked Dr K. but his front desk people are much to be desired if you need any information.

LUMIO has one office in Tulsa Metro/Jenks for one reason! My Negative Experience was In Sand Springs!! They own several Sister companies . Where amateur Dentists straight out of school operate and perform advanced procedures on low income patients. Coercing Patients to believe they are receiving professional care. Why Lumio Dental itself takes no liability for Mistakes /Flaws in there inexperienced employees! Sand Springs SpringDental, Sapulpa family Dental, Lumio Dental, Jenks ! They also build United healthcare for a procedure that never happened on multiple patients ! Lumio in Jenks will definitely Take care of you!! Any sister company owned by LUMIO, You will Need to Retain a lawyer. Litigation on your complaint til the case closes. Then after file a New lawsuit against Lumio Dental!!!! Pick your Dental Hygiene Specialist wisely!! They may end up being Dr Henderson

Great experience..The staff is friendly and professional. My son and I had a great experience. The doctors make sure you're comfortable. The hygienist was excellent and told me about the latest and greatest procedures.
