Aspen Dental - Tulsa, OK - Woodland Hills

Called the same day informing of a tooth problem and pain. Was given times to come in as walk in/appointment. The establishment was very nice and very clean. The front desk ladies were all very helpful and sweet and made coming and checking in not as stressful. The ladies in the back were also super nice and helpful. (Cannot remember everyone's name I'm so sorry!) Very caring, very informative, and made the process easy and smooth. Getting my report on what was going on was on another expectations. Normally I do not understand what is going on or throughly explained but the Dentist, Hygienist, and Techs all explained what is being looked at, the plans, options, etc. The checking out was also nice and was told of what the cost is, options to do it all in one go or separate them, and financiall plans if I needed it. I felt very happy (minus the report) of the visit. I definitely recommend this place. Especially to my family who's looking for a new dentist. Again everyone there was 10/10 - will certainly recommend.

I had such a great experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. The office itself is clean, modern, and has a really calming atmosphere, which made the whole visit even better. The dentist and team were gentle, thorough, and made sure I was completely at ease throughout my appointment. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. I’m so glad I chose this office and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking they couldn’t ask for a better office manager she was so lovely and helped me so much with the payment plans

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! They are very experienced and caring. They made my entire family feel comfortable and helped ease any anxieties that we had. The surgeon is also amazing I had very little discomfort or pain after having 3 wisdom teeth extracted along with an additional tooth. I highly recommend this location.

I was hesitant about coming to Aspen with it being a chain, however I ended up having a great experience! Stephanie was so kind & attentive from the moment I went to the back & so was the dental hygienist Emma. Incredibly informative and sweet! They made the experience easy and great!

The folks at Aspen are always kind…and gentle. Their communication is so helpful, reminding me of the appointments that were set months prior. Their hygienists are welcoming, hospitable, and tender all the way through your appointment. I feel relaxed and well cared for in the chair. And waking out, I know my gums have now healed. My mouth feels clean and fresh, and my smile has a long future ahead. Going to the dentist wasn’t a thing for me for nearly thirty years, and I paid a price. Now I don’t miss, because paying a little now beats paying a lot more later.

Very efficient and kind team. I just stumbled in one afternoon during low demand hours, and they had me checked out and holding a quote for recommended services within the hour. X-rays and even a 3D scan. The technology alone is worth the visit. Once you are in the patient door, the whole "going-to-the-dentist" experience and waiting spaces are pleasant and comfortable.

Had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Tulsa (Woodland Hills). Came in for a cleaning and exam after not going for a while, and they made it super easy and comfortable. Huge shoutout to Stephanie, Emma, Dr. Jiwani, and Ariana — everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease the whole time. Definitely recommend if you’ve been putting it off.
