Great orthodontic experience for 2 boys. Easy to schedule (and sometimes reschedule, when we had to) appointments. Front office was always helpful and had school notes ready for us at each appointment. Entire staff has been friendly all through the 2+ years. Definitely recommend.
Such a great experience at Kirkpatrick & Lai orthodontics for my teenage son! The staff made him feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of his questions without making him feel rushed.
