I had the pleasure of being assisted by Melissa, who was in training, and Emily, who was supervising her. Both were extremely pleasant, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Emily did a wonderful job guiding Melissa, stepping in when needed while maintaining an assuring tone and calm presence. It was clear that she was not only supporting Melissa’s learning but also ensuring I had a positive experience. Together, they made my visit smooth, comfortable, and very pleasant.

At this S Harvard location their staff is very friendly. They have extensive equipment and dental instruments, with two doctors using more than three operating rooms. I've been here twice and have been impressed with the level of professionalism and staff training that I've observed. They have treatment planner individuals whose primary function is to work up a treatment schedule that best suits the patient's dental and financial needs, along with calendar planning. This office is a good choice if you want thorough, pain-free dental care, whether it's a routine cleaning or something major. They will also assist you with your insurance, insurance that I recommend you have - since care costs in any medical field can be high.

I had a great experience at Dental Depot from start to finish! Ruby at the front desk was friendly and got me checked in quickly. Dawnna, the hygienist assistant, was very professional and made the x-rays easy and comfortable. Dr. Knox was thorough during my checkup and took the time to answer my questions. Rachel did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and made the whole process comfortable. Alyssa at checkout was also very kind and efficient. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made the visit a positive experience. I Highly recommend Dental Depot!

I found dental depo (Harvard location) on google and I am very pleased with them,and will not be returning back to my Original dentist I’ve been with for over 2 decades. Dr Wilson is highly recommended! It was painless and a very easy procedure. I will be back again. Champagne & Kenia were very welcoming,friendly and comforting I highly recommend those sweet ladies. I had a great experience at dentist -depot office from start to finish. The receptionist, Champagne was exceptional—professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She made the check-out process smooth, answered all my questions clearly, and created a calm, organized environment right when I was paying . It’s not often that front desk service stands out this much, but she set the tone for the entire visit. Excellent customer service like that makes a real difference. I would definitely recommend this office based on that experience alone.

They have a very caring and attentive staff. The dentist are great, they explain in detail your options, cost, payment plans etc. If you are nervous you can add nitrous. They were patient with me as I had high anxiety on my first visit there. The decor is all about trains, they even have a couple of running trains that go around the whole office. Nice distraction!

I am so thankful I switched to this location. Dr. Knox was amazing and his staff is sweet and professional. Something that has been bothering me for years they took care of it in one day! I've been in Tulsa for 3 years and it has taken a while to find a decent dentist. Thank you so much!
