I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this office. I called on Friday November 21st at 9:11 AM to reschedule my daughter’s appointment that is set for 11:30 AM on Monday. I explained that I can only take off work on Monday or Wednesday, but the staff member insisted the only option was Tuesday. She even told me that if we cannot come on Tuesday, the appointment would be canceled. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. This is not how a dental office should treat parents or patients.

My younger brother was coming here pretty often and we go from zero cavities to six cavities and a crown was needed, which didn’t make sense because no Appointments were missed so we got a second opinion and he has 0 CAVITIES DO BETTER SMILE DEPOT

I have been bringing my son here for several years. Recently they have started booking appointments on top of each other and the last 3 times we have been here my son has sat in the dental chair for over an hour waiting for the dentist? Why are you doing this smiles depot? There is literally one dentist according to the staff And 5 or 6 children waiting in a treatment chair. Each appt has become at least 2 hours waiting for other kids to get their work done. This place needs to do better, that is all.

This is a nice dental spot, their inside is beautiful everything looks awesome. This place gets 1 star because when I had medical as my insurance provider I was told that if I ever forget my appointment I would be charge $25, now this is not enough if you do this 3 times then you get drop. I don't know if this done with every patient or only for medical patients. I do understand that is a business and they don't want to lose money but for me is just a turn off but other than this this place is nice

Waited in the chair 30 minutes after my appointed time before I finally decided to leave and the "doctor" still wasn't done working on someone else. Absurd.

Great and kind staff. Took my son and myself in right away even we have different time. Helpful too.

Worst place. Lately with the dentist that they have they been doing fillings horribly. My fillings break and now my tooth is in much pain. They have dentist who literally hurt you so bad when it comes to numbing and you wait for so long. You guys need to hire better people who can do good work
