I had to get a root canal done and came to this clinic to have the procedure done. The entire process was extremely smooth and I felt taken care of the entire time. Everyone was so nice and personable. Dr. Brian did my procedure and he talked me through everything and it didn’t hurt at all. He did a fantastic job and was so kind not just to me but his coworkers as well. I was very impressed and grateful to have HealthPartners care.

Absolutely horrible. I have a horrible swelling in my gums. My teeth are hurting so bad I can’t even talk, and I can’t function at work or school because the pain is hurting my head to the point where I feel like I’m going to pass out. These people told me I have a "consultation" all the way in October. It is July. I have been complaining about this for two years straight now with absolutely no help. I have insurance through you guys there is no reason why I keep getting the run around about getting these wisdom teeth out of my mouth. Ever since my last appointment I have not been able to sleep. I barely eat. How am I going to function at work and school if I’m not sleeping. I was given no type of medication for pain. No temporary relief .. I was told to just leave it alone. HOW CAN I LEAVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS ALONE WHEN I CANT EVEN FUNCTION CORRECTLY. I NEED AN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE

Was supposed to get my wisdom teeth removed here, a pipe burst so we did it at the Lake Elmo location. Not a big deal. Well after my surgery I went to pick up my pain meds. They hadn't sent the prescription over yet, so I had to wait in pain for a while. Ouch. At least the dental nurses were so kind!

I waited 3 months for my appointment and one hour before the appointment time I received a phone call saying the appointment was canceled because my medical insurance did not cover it, nor did my dental insurance cover it. Very disrespectful.

Rude and unhelpful.
