Clear Lakes Dental - East St Paul

I was very happy with my exam. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. They understood about how my insurance works so I was able to make decisions for the care I could afford. I also like how easy it was to make a follow-up appointment for getting the work done in a timely manner. The clinic is so well organized and so well run. It is a pleasure to have my dental care with such an organization!

Very calming environment, with staff that made me feel very comfortable. No pain during the cleaning/filling. However, scheduling is a nightmare...

I really appreciate both my Dr. and the dental assistants at Clear Lakes Dental . My doctor is careful, highly skilled, proficient and does all this with kindness and care. They also answer my questions with knowledge, and with a great understanding of how I truly feel. The assistants that I have had are also skilled ,caring, kind, and easy to work with. Overall they are compassionate, great at service, and do a wonderful job . I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy I received. Don't let the location dissuade you. They were able to get me in as a walk-in for a routine, albeit urgent, cleaning while six other locations were booked two to three months out. I might have to switch to make this my primary now!

As a patient and gone through a lot of surgeries and like everyone else Covid then breast cancer, I can tell you that when I went back to my Clear Lake Dental, I got really good results. The location for me at this time instead of driving at 30 miles one way to a dentist appointment this white bear Avenue location in East Saint Paul is amazing. This Review is not meant to be negative, But to help Improve Clear Lakes dental and I do hope the Owner Of all the Clear Lakes Dental Sees all reviews of his Locations. Review for Clear lakes Dental East St.Paul Front Desk Receptionist and Hygienist and the Dentist: All the Employees we're very professional and Friendly which is very important, I do however feel that Communication could be better, I came in for a cleaning and the Dentist said "we unfortunately don't have time to do a cleaning today" (2-6-26) due to being short staffed, A phone call from clear lakes Dental explaining to me that they could not do the Cleaning would have been way better, But they did to the exam and x-rays. The dentist and Hygienist did apologize to me that they could not do the Cleaning and I'm not mad at them, But a call would have been better to let me know. Dental Facility Cleanliness and Maintenance: The floors need a good mopping and the walls need to be painted and some of the flooring and carpet may need to be replaced and the dental Chairs need a good cleaning, I do understand that over time things happen, but Cleanliness at any Medical Facility is very Important, I do hope that this is not how all the clear lakes Dental clinics operate, I hope this review can help Clear Lakes dental Improve.

Dr. Latus is really skilled. I can't say I am happy to get a root canal but if you have to get something unpleasant done it makes a difference to know you're getting the best care possible.
