11 out of 10. Best dentists. The most professional, courteous and respectful staff. They know how to treat a lady. Every time I come, excellent staff and service. Been a huge fan since 2017. 🙂

I had a cavity filled here and the experience was great. The dentist explained everything clearly before starting and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The numbing worked well and the filling was quick and painless. The staff was friendly and professional, and the office was clean and organized. My bite felt normal right away and the tooth looks completely natural. I’d definitely recommend this office if you need dental work done. Thank you Dr Vasan.

My kids have been coming to this place for a little over a year. Their hours work well with our school schedule since they open pretty late. I forgot the name of the dentist that did my sons fillings but she was so nice and gentle with him. I informed her that he had a horrible, tramautizing experience at 123 Brush Dental, where the dentist pulled out his tooth and he could feel everything. She listened to my concerns and took her time to numb him. He told me he didn't even feel anything while she was numbing him and he likes this place so much better. My daughter also got a cavity filled by the same dentist and she is excited to come back and get her teeth cleaned. Overall, we've always been seen on time and look forward to coming back.

I had multiple questions about dental insurance versus in house insurance. Spoke at length with Sara, in billing. She was amazing at assisting me in comparing the options for coverage, deciphering all the terminology and exactly what it meant. Fabulous customer service. Thank you so much Sara.

Made an appointment for my little sister early in the morning no problem. Later in the day received a text message saying they had changed her appointment without any notification. Called back on Feb 2nd around 12pm wondering why the appointment was changed and the front desk lady rudely let me know that it was never changed and its always been scheduled for the same time. I'm looking right at my phone where the appointment had been confirmed for 8 am and then changed to 9 am without my consent. The front desk lady is very rude and does not have the patience to work with people on the phone making things harder than it needs to be. She doesn't take kindly to having to repeat herself when I cannot hear her as I can hear her signing in frustration. Ended up not even making an appointment and will be going elsewhere.

Got a teeth cleaning, extraction and new dentures with an all around great experience! I highly recommend them. As an adult with ASD I really appreciated how well they numbed my mouth so I couldn't feel a thing! Thanks for my new smile!

I came in for an emergency service because a filling had came out. They did X-rays, cleaned my teeth, and set up a plan. The dental hygienist was absolutely AMAZING. I wish I remembered her name because she truly was a gem. I’ve had horrible traumatic experiences at dental clinics in the past, which I told them about. They have been so accommodating & professional. This dental office is very far from my home but I won’t go anywhere else anymore.
