I have been coming to Austin Family Dental for over two years now. Everyone at the clinic is just wonderful from the moment you walk in! Peggy is an awesome hygienist and is really skilled at making sure patients are comfortable. She has done an excellent job with all my cleanings. Dr. Austin, is equally as awesome. He's very good at what he does. He knows when something is an issue vs. something to just watch based on his experience, but also taking into account what you tell him about what you are feeling. Austin Family Dental is the place to go if you want the feel of a "small town" clinic in a big city and the ability to develop a personal relationship while receiving excellent care!

Best dentist I have been to, every procedure has gone smoothly and I have been able to get in on short notice if needed. I'm going to be very sad when Dr Austin retires!!

Highly recommend Austin Family Dental. They had great availability so it didn’t take too long to get in for a visit to establish care. I was able to get an exam, X-rays, and a cleaning at my first visit. Peggy, my dental hygienist, was wonderful and took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure I was doing everything possible to keep my teeth/gums healthy, but in a very kind way.

Dr Austin & staff are high skilled, professional, kind and wonderful. Peggy is awesome and I appreciate her a lot for taking care of me. I feel I'm in good hands. Even when we moved to the southwest suburb long ago, I don't mind the long drive a few times a year even though there are many dental offices close by. Highly recommended

Peggy is honestly the best! She always does a thorough job, and with a happy, positive attitude! She’s the first one who convinced me after 31 years of being a non-flosser and only relying on a Sonicare, to actually start flossing, and it’s been a great habit she’s convinced me of. Dr. Austin is also just happy go lucky, and isn’t trying to sell me or replace things I don’t need, just likes to inform me of options and has me on my way! They also compliment my teeth, and that’s always a bonus (as sometimes other dental offices will just berate your teeth, even if they’re not that bad, or if again, you might just need to take up flossing, they’ll guilt and shame you to no ends!) Thanks for a great experience, per usual!
