Great experience. Been going there for years. Everyone is so kind and friendly. They explain everything and make sure that I'm well cared for. They are always efficient and never force things on me that I don't need. Going to the dentist is a good experience with them. Thank you so much.

Worst experience in my life! Once my insurance changed to my wife's who is a person of color... every single interaction after was unprofessional ,and met with racism and carelessness. If you have any real need for dental care, they will make sure you don't get real care. They just want to bill your insurance. Dr Susan Anderson would rather you loose all your teeth . She didn't want to address tooth issues before they became bigger problems . She doesn't believe in root canals yet sends her patients for them and then laughs in your face about getting one done . How can you trust someone who doesn't offer real solutions. If you want to get lots of bills and no care. Go here. Outdated care and handling of records, no trust in anyone here. If you try to leave they hold your records hostage for weeks for no reason.

I was on the final step of what became a 10 month process to get an implanted tooth. Because of Dr Anderson’s accident/injury she was unavailable for the final 2 steps. In time/December, I was offered an appointment with a substitute dentist or a less than 2 week wait for Dr A to return. Not knowing there were any negative consequences, I decided to wait. Early on in the process I had been advised by my insurance that implant is not covered. 2days before the final installation of the tooth with $400. due, the Afton Road staff called to tell me that because I have a different insurance which again "doesnt cover implants", they would not put my tooth in without my paying $2000-3000. I refused and finally they demanded $1182. which they claimed was a "discount", for the final placement of the tooth. The delay into the new year was caused by Dr Andersons injury and this group’s lack of professionalism.

Do not go here! This place actively engages in racism and discrimination.. first The dental techs and Dr Anderson actively openly talks about patients in rude racial disparity , blaming them and not offering any real solutions for dental troubles they are trying to fix. Medical trauma is real and this place will not care about you and what you need to. They will only offer words of joking nature and laugh in your face at any concern. Why would anyone go back to this woman . She doesn’t care about you unless you have perfect teeth and just need a Basic clean Second trouble was My husband got his insurance updated to be listed under mine and then every situation and attempt to schedule was met with struggle and blamed on "the new person". Your last name should not matter, he was not allowed to use insurance that he was clearly listed on, until it was verified further. Third they will not let you leave this place to go get real dental care. They will hold your records hostage until you have to show up and demand them . What a joke of a practice. This dentist should not be practicing . She wants you to lose all of your teeth so she can bill you more.!

I called this place to make an appointment for my husband. The person working as customer service was just horrible and rude. She treated me with such contempt that I don’t know how I didn’t lose my patience. My husband has a Latin last name and after I have given her all his information, heath insurance #, employer name, personal information, she responded "well I’ll need to verify if all this information is true and I call you back in a week or so". If you guys are racists and don’t want serve to patients that you consider below you then make a statement on your web page so folks don’t waste their time with racists like you. After I decided to call a different dental clinic and what a difference. I was able to make an appointment right away. Just to clarify for you racists that not everyone that has a Latin name is here illegally. Your prejudice is disgusting and appalling

Small town service. Everyone in the office is super friendly and professional. I’ve seen two hygienists/dentists here, they were all nice, thorough and professional! They even had us bring our 1-year-old in to watch my cleaning and get a ‘checkup’ herself. The building and decor is a bit dated, yes. I’m a bit puzzled as to why the reviews are so bad and what kind of state-of-the-art equipment other reviewers were expecting at the dentist.

Came in for an acute chipped front tooth, and felt like I could never smile. Dr. Anderson fixed me right up and my tooth looks great! Very easy to schedule and great service!
