Alpha Dental Care

I recently had some wisdom teeth removed at Alpha Dental. I am a new patient there because my long-time dentist retired. Everyone I've encountered there - Drs. Steve and Alla, the front desk staff, the hygienist, and the dental assistants - have been consistently friendly, helpful, welcoming, and professional. Great customer service is a rarity anywhere these days, so my experiences have been a refreshing change of pace. I'm glad I chose Alpha Dental to be my new dental practice!

Switching to Dr. Steven Grossman’s dental service is one of my best life decisions in 2025: from the home-feeling front desk (Mrs. Stacy) , outstanding teeth care, to friend-like Dr Steven with exceptional professional services ! Dr. Steven’s best interest is truly the patient’s dental health not the money ! Can"t wait for my next appointment!

Took my money for an exam but pretended like they couldn’t schedule me treatment and would put me on a call list. They called once when I was at work then never called again. So I paid a lot of money for an exam and X-rays and will have to pay for them again before I get any treatment. Additionally, the employees are sincerely awful here. I live nearby. I was walking my dogs in the neighborhood. My dogs ventured off the sidewalk by the dentist's office (which is littered in trash from the highway and nearby bus stop), and a Karen who works for these dentists came outside to accost me for no reason yelling for me to "PICK THAT UP!" My dogs hadn't done anything!

Alpha Dental Care has been our primary dental provider, and we couldn't be happier with their service! They cater to both adults and kids, and my son loves going there. We've had regular hygiene cleanings, a root canal, and a tooth cap done, all without any issues. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I sincerely appreciate Alpha Dental Care and the wonderful staff. I have been to a lot of dentists in the past(traumatizing). But Alpha Dental is not like the rest. With Dr. Alla’s expertise my dental health was restored and I now have a beautiful smile. I am forever grateful.

I sincerely appreciate the sense of urgency and action taken when I called and spoke with Dr. Grossman regarding a painful problem I was experiencing in the lower left teeth and jaw area! The office worked me into their schedule the very next day. I was given x-rays and a thorough examination, resulting in his assessment which answered all of my questions and provided a clear plan moving forward on healing and consideration of next steps. Thank you for the care and concern shown by the entire team and Dr. Grossman!

I can go on forever describing the amazing service I've received over the 25 years. Dr. Alla and Dr. Steve are perfectionists and I feel that at every visit. Unlike other dentists that I've had the bad luck of visiting, the Grossmans go above and beyond to repair YOUR teeth, which is much harder than just removing and replacing. They aren't just medical doctors, they are both professional artists, as it is an art to make a new tooth feel like it belongs.
