I was visiting St. Louis on our 20th Anniversary trip when at dinner on Friday night I had a crown pop off. Ugh! I contacted Clayton Dental at 8:15 AM ON A SATURDAY and got an appointment at 10:30 that same morning. I was not in the waiting room 5 minutes when I was taken back and received treatment almost immediately. Dr. Ballard was so professional and nice and had the crown cleaned and cemented back in place in less than 10 minutes. I don't live in Clayton, MO but if I did I can tell you that I would 100% have Clayton Dental and Dr. Ballard as my family dentist. Great experience and all my thanks!!!
THE BEST! I've been a patient of Dr Ballard's for 25 years. I first saw him straight out of dental school. A few years ago I was thinking about moving out of town and couldn't imagine not seeing my tried and trusted Dentist. I actually worried about this, mentioned it to him, and he told me he had clients that flew to STL see him. I had cracked a tooth Friday afternoon, was seen at 12 today, and the tooth was repaired. He's hilarious, always happy and his staff looks happy to be at work. I also get my dental cleaning here with Lynn. He's repaired other cracked teeth, did a few roots canals, and one implant. Two thumbs up and a great big smile.
