Dr Shah i should say one of the best dentist here in South Bay. His convincing power is the strongest. After years of saying "I’ll think about it," I finally gave in and started Invisalign, Well I guess he was right all along 😂 . His secretary Tita Girlie took care of all the paperworks and stuffs like OG. And Marlene is one of the best dental hygienist there. For some reason I find the scraping after they’ve drilled my plaque satisfying. Thanks guys

I am a new patient. When I lost my crown and damaged other teeth they got me in right away and took care of the issue. Dr. Shah and the entire team was amazing. Will definitely be my regular dentist from now on.

I had a temporary crown come off on Friday afternoon. They were able to squeeze me in to get it fixed with very little wait time. Super impressed and grateful.

Always friendly and willing to explain everything to you. Dr. Raoul Shah is the best at what he does! He will take the time to make sure you are aware of any change in billing due to unforseen issues. He has made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I am really disappointed with my experience at this dental office. My very first visit was overwhelming, and the way they delivered information about my teeth felt extremely heavy handed. It actually left me in tears. I have never had a dentist communicate in such an alarming way. The administrative issues were just as frustrating. They failed to send me my treatment plan after both visits, and I had to call each time to request it. They also never sent the referral to the endodontist, which delayed my treatment. When they finally sent me my treatment plan, they sent the wrong one. When I called to ask questions about the wrong treatment plan, the lady was insanely rude and they couldn't really address the questions. I just feel like their overall bedside manners are in poor shape. What concerns me most is that the office seems focused on nickel and diming patients. When I decided to switch providers and requested my images, they first told me it would be 30 dollars and then changed it to 75 dollars just to email me my own records, which I have already paid for. Charging patients to email their medical records feels extremely unethical. Overall, I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

I’ve been a patient here for almost three years and everyone that works here has always been genuinely friendly and helpful. On several occasions they’ve gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. A well run practice at every level that I can recommend confidently.

Friendly, empathetic, professional. A masterfully skilled dentist with a skilled staff. It was the first time I was actually able to relax at a Dentist office.
