I had a great experience, Dr. Hans was very gentle and made my appointment go by quicker than I thought Along with Yeni they were both very nice and professional. The front desk receptionist was also very nice and helpful, overall this is so far the best dentist I’ve been too! Highly recommended coming here if you’re looking for a place to go to.

San Jose Dental Smiles is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is not only friendly, personable, and helpful, but they also go above and beyond to fit you in when needed and they communicate promptly. Dr. Candy is caring, gentle, and exceptionally skilled at her craft, and she and her staff consistently customize the experience to fit my needs. The office feels more like a family than just a professional service. I have been going to this location for years, and their prices are very reasonable. You can trust that they will never recommend unnecessary treatments, unlike several dental offices I visited in the past.

Today was my first visit to this dentistry. I haven’t seen a dentist in a while and I was nervous. One of my front teeth recently chipped and I didn’t know if I would be able to place a filling there or if they would have to polish it down. It would look uneven for sure if I did that. I was first met by Lorena the receptionist. She was polite and honest about the cost for my filling, and that it isn’t covered by my insurance (due to no current cavity). She went over what the dentist recommended. I decided to go forward with the filling. Niyati was the dental hygienist who did my cleaning. She did a good job and quickly stopped if something was uncomfortable for me. Jeni was the assistant. Who gave me some tooth care advice for after the filling. Dr. Amu worked on my filling and chose a natural color that matched. In the end, I walked out with no pain, no local numbing needed, and a good smile. They all were honest, respectful, and professional. I had a great first impression and will return for my next cleaning.

Wow, what can I say. Dr. Hans, Lorena, Yeni and rest of the staff really treat their patients with the best care. I've been coming to this office for over 30 years. Every time I visit, I'm treated like family. Who loves to go to the Dentist? I don't. But knowing the doctor is so very gentle in nature and always being treated like family. I know that I'm in great hands. I haven't feared the going to the dentist in a long time. I can't speak highly enough of them.

The experience at this dental office is unrivaled. From the caring professional staff when you first enter, to the dentist and support staff caring for my teeth it is all about well rehearsed perfection. Add in very competitive pricing and there is no need for me to go elsewhere.
