Dr Jow and his staff have transformed my teeth for the past two years. I had very complex case and had already had braces in high school, I came in still needing multiple dental implants and they worked with my dentist and periodontists to make my teeth perfect. Dr Jow is so intentional and kind in the way he works, and he truly does care about his patients. I 100% recommend their services, they have great communication and scheduling as well! The front desk is awesome Alicia was always so friendly and easy to reach. The hygienist Kathy was also so friendly and great at what she does. I appreciate all they have done for me, an amazing practice.

I came to Dr. Jow for my first orthodontic experience ever - a little nervous, not sure what to expect - and what started as a simple Invisalign consultation turned into a three-year journey I wouldn’t trade for anything. I came in to address some shifting after having my wisdom teeth removed, and I left with a smile I love and a second family I didn’t see coming. Dr. Jow is thorough, kind, and genuinely knowledgeable. Every visit, he took the time to review my X-rays carefully, check for anything out of the ordinary, and actually get to know me as a person - not just a patient. That personal touch made all the difference. Kathy and Alicia are the heart of that office. Warm, welcoming, and always ready to pick up right where we left off: trips, family updates, future plans. It’s rare to find a team that brings that kind of genuine warmth to every single visit. When I recently moved to San Diego, they went above and beyond to make sure I completed my final round of treatment, because honestly, I refused to go anywhere else. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who will treat you like family, not just a patient on a schedule, look no further. They are friendly and will also work with you to ensure you’re comfortable with the ortho plans. They explain everything clear and concisely. In addition they speak Spanish! Dr. Jow and his staff have been most excellent. I have three kids who went through this office for their ortho needs. We loved the experience. Front office staff, finance, doctors and nurses are always friendly and personal. Dr. Jow always provided explanation and presented options for us parents to consider in a thorough and helpful manner. We highly recommend.

Dr Jow, Kathy and his entire staff are extremely friendly! He fixed both my kids teeth so now they have beautiful smiles! Then, I had him do the same for me. It has been such a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable professionals who really care about you, and treat you as family!!
