We highly recommend Dr. Cadena! The entire team is incredibly friendly and professional. Throughout my daughter’s orthodontic treatment, Dr. Cadena provided excellent advice and we always felt like she was in great hands. We loved the proactive appointment reminders and the extra care they took at every visit. Plus, the flexible payment options made the process very comfortable for our family. We will definitely return to this office if anyone else in our family needs orthodontic work.

Dr Cadena treated me with Invisalign aligners about 6 years ago( long overdue review) He was honest from day one about the treatment, expectations, cost. This orthodontist put a new fixated retainer on my front bottom teeth, to replace one that I had gotten 30 to 35 years ago, and came unglued. They charged $650 for it Within the next month, the new retainer broke off when I was eating a piece of bread. I was on vacation in mexico, and wrote them three times asking them to give me an appointment for the week when I would be back. I gave them three chances to answer me, then I made an appointment with an orthodontist in guadalajara. I'm deeply disappointed in them, as it is their responsibility to fix something that was so badly put on that it came off in normal eating. obviously you're going to have an amount of traffic going on in your mouth with eating food and this is simply not professional work, not is it an acceptable manner to treat a patient: ignoring them. To the Gardner clinic across from the Mexican Heritage Plaza: gracias por nada. Me mandaron a este negocio cuando pedí recomendación y este ortodoncista no sirve para nada. Update: I went to an orthodontist in Guadalajara and she put on a wire and glued it, all within less than an hour. And charged me only $30. What a difference.

I was referred to Dr Cadena for a fixated retainer that came loose that they said they could not treat at Gardner Alum Rock. Dr Cadena put a wire on my teeth and glued it, and within the month it came loose while I was eating a piece of dense bread. This happened while I was on vacation, so I asked them for an appointment for the week when I came back. They ignored me, even though I contacted them two more times. I got a fixated retainer put on by an orthodontist in guadalajara, for a low price and extremely professional work. When I got back, there was an email that said I was to come in for a check up on my fixated retainer. I answered them that surely they're joking, because I had tried to contact them while on vacation and they ignored me.

I highly recommend Dr. Cadena's office. My journey took a while, but I am thrilled with the result. Dr. Cadena was always meticulous and made sure that my braces were removed at the right time and not too early. It was worth the wait!

JC Cadena as well as the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The environment is nice and clean, has a pleasant atmosphere. Truly happy to have been recommended to them because my braces journey has been nothing but positive.
