Dr. Witte and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! Marina, the orthodontic assistant who managed my case, went above and beyond, not only building a great rapport but also asking all the right questions to ensure I left satisfied every time. During my treatment, I relocated to SoCal, which could’ve made things challenging. However, Dr. Witte’s team handled the transition flawlessly. They were incredibly accommodating, often fitting me in on short notice when I traveled back for work. Even better, they went the extra mile to ship my Invisalign trays directly to me in SoCal so I didn’t have to make unnecessary trips. The results of my treatment were fantastic, and I’m so grateful for their exceptional care and flexibility. I highly recommend Dr. Witte and her team to anyone considering orthodontic treatment. I absolutely love evergreen orthodontics! Such an incredibly sweet and fun staff, they make my visits delightful and enjoyable each and every time. All the doctors are so sweet and caring too, they really care about the quality of your treatments and they always make sure that I’m comfortable or if something is bothering me. Both my sons are patients at Evergreen Orthodontics, and I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the service and treatments so far. Our experience has been fantastic from the initial consultation(s), ease of scheduling appointments, to the genuine patient care provided by Drs. Witte and Quan and their team. Everyone there is friendly and accomodating regardless if you are a new or longtime client, the atmosphere is very inviting for all. Special shout out to Vanity and Shanna the ladies at the front who go out of their way to always greet me with huge smiles when I'm calling (yes you can tell they are smiling over the phone) or stopping by the desk, the fact that they go out of their way to remember who I am makes the visit more personable as if you knew the team for years!
