Aarisha Dental - Jolly Shah DDS SJ

I’ve been going to Arisha Dental in the Capitol area for years now. The staff is consistently nice, and the appointments run efficiently. Teeth cleanings are thorough but quick, and they stay on schedule. They also do X-rays every other year, which feels reasonable. Every now and then they’ll suggest or try to sell some dental products or treatments that I don’t feel I need, but it’s not overly aggressive. Overall, it’s a reliable dental office that I’ve been comfortable sticking with long term.

Such an incredible dental experience overall with the best dentists and staff I’ve ever been with. Dr. T is an expert in her craft and so so patient with making sure everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I enjoy coming and receiving the excellent welcoming from the marvelous staff, Marissa , Erica, Sofia, Christina, Maribel and Yesenia. They are dedicated and working happily on Presidents’ Day! I am sure they are super excited to receive double time pay for working on a holiday while we all enjoy the beautiful sunshine, yet they are super happy to serve us!!

My family and I have had Dr. Shah as our dentist since 2011. One thing that makes her a unique dentist is her attention to our gum health. In other dentist offices, you will find that the dental hygienist does most of the work in regular cleanings, and probably talks most of the time, thus making your visit unnecessarily longer. Dr Shah values yours as well as her time, performs the teeth cleaning herself efficiently, checks for tartar buildup in the X-rays before and after cleaning, and sends you home with the joy of having squeaky-clean and healthy teeth. Her hygienists (shout-out to Christina and Yesenia) are very trustworthy, compassionate, and experienced. The front office is highly efficient, very patient, do a great job with reminding you and rescheduling your appointments, and always welcome you with a smile. I have been to both the locations - on McKee Road and Capitol Expressway, and the service is equally good at both! Dr. Shah ties up with specialists for root canals, braces, wisdom teeth removal, and they are all fabulous. When on vacation, Dr. Shah’s substitute dentists have also been very good.
