I really appreciated that the clinic schedules only one patient at a time, so I never felt rushed and had his complete attention throughout the appointment. He kept me engaged in conversations throughout the procedures, which was a good distraction for me and helped me feel relaxed. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
