Three of our children have already had their smiles transformed by Dr. Pierson, and another will soon! We truly love the entire staff — they are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely treat us like family. Their retainer program that supports local nonprofits is such a beautiful way to give back to the community, and we’re so grateful to be both clients and recipients of this thoughtful program. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We absolutely love Dr. Saunders, Gracie Mancha, and the entire team at the Hausman location! The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the office itself is beautiful and very clean. We’ve been coming here for a few years now, and every visit has been a great experience. My son is finally getting ready for braces, and the team has been so informative and professional throughout the entire process. They always take the time to explain everything clearly, and most importantly, they make my son feel comfortable and at ease. We truly appreciate the care and attention they provide and can’t wait for the next steps in his braces journey!

I’ve had a really good experience with Pierson & Saunders Orthodontics. The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable right away. Everyone has been attentive to concerns and very clear with instructions. The office is clean, modern, and well-kept, which gives you confidence in the overall care and hygiene. I also appreciate that they use texting for communication, making scheduling and asking questions quick and convenient. On top of that, they’ve been able to get me in for appointments without long delays. Overall, a very positive experience.

I took my daughter to Pierson and Saunders Orthodontics today. From the moment we walked into the establishment, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. We signed in and waited patiently in the waiting area. Then, they called my daughter's name and we went in. The lady who was attending us was so nice and understanding when she saw that my daughter had broken a bracket. She kindly went over the safe foods to eat and the do's and don'ts. The doctor came in and fixed the brackets with a smile. Finally, they were done, and we went back to the front office expecting to pay for the broken brackets since it was not her first time. But they said that it was fine and that this time we were excused from paying anything. However, if it happened again, we would pay $25 per broken bracket. Overall, it was an amazing experience where they made us feel welcome. I will gladly come back any day!

Everyone was very nice. They explained everything my son would go through with the process of the consultation and what the process of putting the braces on would look like. He felt very comfortable. We would highly recommend!

Upon entering the office for our first appointment, my first impression was a positive one! This facility is beautiful, clean, and we were immediately greeted with warmth and smiles from the staff. The duration of the appointment went seamlessly well and my husband and I were continually impressed with the care, professionalism, technology, and excellent patient care they gave to our 7 year old. I love the incentive program as well! Thank you so much for providing such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our daughter and our family. We would highly recommended this facility to anyone needing orthodontic care (especially kids!).

Really good experience as a patient here. The doctors and staff are super chill, professional, and always keep things running on time. The office is clean and the whole process has been smooth. Definitely recommend them if you need an orthodontist.
