Northwoods Dental Spa

Ive been to Northwoods for years now. I go for my regular cleanings, and I received my Invisalign through them. Maria, the person whom ive interacted with the most up front, has always listened to any concern I may have had and addressed them quickly. Very attentive staff, reception knows me by name, the dentist accomodates most people's schedules, very cool place. If your looking for a new place, I would recommend this place....Just ask for Maria!

Had a great experience thanks to Maria at the front desk eventhough i was a lot of pain. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. It's clear she takes pride in her work and values every patient who walks through the door as does Dr.Hernandez. Thanks to them i was able to get referred out and seen the same day for oral surgery, thanks again for your outstanding service!.Dr. Hernandez was very helpful and has very good bed side manners. He truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!!!

I was really impressed with Dr Hernandez, he really seemed to care about my dental issues, a true professional dentist along with his assistants. I only hope that the administration staff rushes to send the emergency requests for the dental work needed before my dental issues worsen. I have already notified the VA to expect the referrals. I don't want a repeat of the past delay. I would recommend Dr Hernandez to all future clients needing dental support

BEST dentist you will ever find in all of TX, Dr. Blaess has taken care of my entire family since 2010 and I would not changed her and her team for anyone else. They started with me, than my mom, then I had kids and they’ve treated us all and always run the extra mile in every treatment.

Very poor experience due to financial exploitation and bad management. There is a clear attempt to exploit health insurance by fabricating dental issues in perfectly healthy teeth just to overcharge the insurance. The owner's treatment was highly unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, the nurse, Ashley, was extremely rude and unhelpful; this wasn't just my experience, as more than 6 of my friends complained about her terrible attitude. The only positive highlight: Dr. Perez was incredibly professional, honest, and ethical. She was deeply caring, cooperative, and showed genuine integrity. The clinic is definitely not worth visiting if it weren't for her excellent care.

It's a wonderful joy your smile brings you, conveying happiness and confidence. Knowing this transformation was achieved so efficiently in just one hour is remarkable. The impact a simple change can have on your overall well-being is truly something special. This experience clearly highlights the power of quick and effective solutions. I'm not sure I can fully express how great of an experience I had. I had an accident that knocked out half a tooth, and was worried about nerve damage in another. I was scheduled the very next day, and both the booking while dealing with the stress of losing a tooth, and the process of fixing it was great. In fact, I think the fixed tooth looks even better than before. The staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable during a very emotional time. I will be returning for any and all future work!
