This practice has taken great care of me and my son for 17 years. Jen did a great job today cleaning my teeth. They are always friendly from setting up appointments until completion. I have never been to a friendlier place. My teeth are always in great shape thanks to them. They actually making going to the dentist enjoyable. ❤️🪥🦷 Also when you arrive you are greeted so politely by the front desk. Such a professional practice

Awesome care! Prompt and attentive service given by kind and informative staff. A trip to the dentist can often be an anxiety ridden process but here you will feel relaxed and at ease. I have been coming here 30 years now and wouldn’t consider anywhere else unless they closed!. All your dental needs can be addressed here to include emergencies, typical services, and cosmetic procedures! I simply wouldn’t consider anywhere elae unless forced to.

Can't recommend MIDD highly enough. The quality of care is outstanding and it’s clear that they operate at a level above the rest. Their treatments feel truly niche and tailored nothing is rushed or generic, and the attention to detail is second to none. What really sets them apart is the consistency of care. From start to finish, you’re supported every step of the way, and you genuinely feel looked after. No matter when you need something, they’re always there they pick up the phone, follow through, and make client care a true priority. I’ve honestly never experienced this level of care before, and I’m so glad I found my dental home. The reassurance, professionalism, and genuine commitment to patients make all the difference, and it’s rare to find a dental practice that truly goes above and beyond like this.

There is no finer dentist in San Antonio than Dr. Imam. I have had a lot of dental work done, with practitioners in San Antonio, DC and NYC and Dr Imam tops them all. He's done fillings, crowns and one implant, and they've all been successful. Dr Imam practices rigorous attention to detail and strives for perfection in every procedure, and achieves it. He is warm and caring and funny and humble, and truly a pleasure to be with, as are his equally excellent assistants. Jen cleans my teeth and she is the best with superb skill and a warm, positive, engaging way of being. If you don't like the dentist, these people will put you at ease and take care of you. I could not recommend any provider more highly.

The care received from Dr. Imam and his staff is ever so detailed, thoughtful and caring. Dr. Imam is meticulous in his care for his patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. The hygienists at this office are absolutely STELLAR and will spend time educating you about your oral health. I cannot recommend this practice enough for those who seek top notch dental care.
