Juliet was an absolute gem throughout my crown fitting process—both temporary and permanent. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel at ease every step of the way. Plus, Emey, the office manager, was equally fantastic—super organized and friendly. Together, they turned what could’ve been stressful into a positive, even enjoyable experience. Five stars all the way!

Idea dental office is wonderful! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and has great personalities. The doctor is amazing and does an excellent job. I highly recommend coming here for your dental care. I've already told several family members about this office because of the great experience I had.

My son had a severe toothache however his regular dentist did not have any openings. I called Ideal Brooks City location and they saw him same day, right away. The doctor and staff were all very patient, understanding, and kind. Great dentist practice.

Scam!! Don't even bother!! My husband went it for a cleaning and possible filling and they charged him $1700, with NO filling. We never went back because they refused and never returned calls when I asked for a detailed statement for a root canal. NOW I know why!! God knows how much they would charge for that. Best believe you won't get another dollar from us I don't care who you report it to! And dont give me regional BS because this appears to be a common practice. Oh yea $1000 for these whatever xrays and they wont give you your records. Dont go here!! Cleanings do not cost over $1000

I want to start by saying your staff is genuinely friendly and I do appreciate that. But I do need to be honest about my experience with the actual cleanings. Over my two visits, my teeth were never flossed. I also brought up that I had some buildup and both the hygienist and the dentist noticed it too, but it still was not taken care of. I made it pretty clear both times that getting a proper cleaning was the whole reason I was there. I came back a second time because I wanted to give it a fair shot, but unfortunately nothing changed. At this point I just can't justify spending hundreds of dollars on a dental plan when the basics are not being done. I have decided to look for care somewhere else. I hope this feedback helps. The nurse and dentist in the back were good to speak with, once I got myself set up and was waiting to be seen, they used my proper pronouns and chosen name the whole visit, they were careful and listened and involved me with the process of dealing with my issue. However, the receptionist was the worst and has only continued to be so. Misgendered me after getting my information, was pushy with my spouse and I. When we left, I was prescribed antibiotics that I would need to have at least a decent sleep that the receptionist dropped the ball on sending to the pharmacy, because she forgot to check her messages after hitting an avoidable wall that she put there in the first place. I am still waiting on my prescription because of her, dealing with the pain on my own instead of getting the prescribed medication I should have had yesterday.

I usually hate going to the dentist but Dr. Rackham and Nora made the appointment way less stressful than I expected. Dr. Rackham actually took time to explain my x rays and showed me exactly what was going on instead of just rushing through everything. He’s funny too so it didn’t feel awkward or intimidating. Nora did my temporary crown and was super sweet the whole time and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. Honestly one of the better dental visits I’ve had in a while.
