I had my initial consultation with Bunn Orthodontic Group yesterday. My experience from the time I walked in, until the very end was phenomenal. Front desk check-in was fast and efficient and I was called back pretty promptly for my x-rays. I met with Jeanette, whom was very thorough explaining braces vs Invisalign. She also walked me through the cost and finance portion, which was extremely helpful. I was met by Dr. Leo, whom was very friendly and personable. He examined me and provided with details regarding the benefits of braces for me. My next encounter was with Veronica, the Lead Assistant. She had the honor of placing braces on me. Lol She was very gentle, fast, and efficient. I was truly at ease with her. She walked me through the Do's and Don'ts at the end and provided me with a cool "swag" bag with everything I would need to keep my braces cared for. Overall, I am actually looking forward to my next appointment, to have my bottom braces placed. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. So I would most definitely recommend 👌🏽 Bunn Orthodontics to get you STRAIGHT 😬

The entire staff is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I love going in for my appointments because the ladies are some of my favorite people. The quality of patient care is also really good, the orthodontists, dental assistants, and administrative staff listen to patient concerns, never rush us, and are very gentle when working on patients. They also have a section for patients to brush their teeth before going to the back in case they ate something before their appointment- that to me is really nice as well.

Best Orthodontics Group! I have had two kids go through here (one already done and one in progress) Jeanette and Veronica are the best there is! They are always so welcoming and truly listen and answer all questions. My daughter who is in now loves coming here. She says they are friendly and likes when they joke around too! When it's time for my youngest, he will be going there too!

You’ve found your orthodontist!!! I highly recommend Dr.Idilbi and her team, you will be treated with the highest care & respect throughout the entire process of treatment. Every member of her team is amazing at what they do, they go above and beyond & genuinely make you feel like family. The staff is absolutely wonderful! I didn’t know what to expect. The facility is modern and inviting. Everyone that worked there made me feel like my son and I were very special. He had a lot of anxiety but they were patient with him and walked him through every step. The X-rays were high tech. The consult was easy. The paperwork was easy. The fee was surprisingly not bad at all! Very manageable payments. I noticed the young teens that walked in. They were happy. They knew what to do. No long wait times. One of the other patients even told my son that it doesn’t hurt and not to expect pain. They know what they are doing. They even play nice modern music. The vibe is happy and chill. They even gave my son a real nice shirt! We did the consult and braces in our first visit and he left so happy and so confident!
