I was called only two hours before my scheduled 4:30 PM appointment (which I had booked online) telling me that I need to arrive an hour earlier. She said that they "don’t do appointments that late". If that’s the case then you shouldn’t be able to schedule appointments online at that time. The receptionist (the older one with face piercings) had a rude attitude both on the phone and in person. The waiting area itself is dirty, and has chairs with unhygienic stains.

Most of these reviews are impatient people who don’t know or understand how businesses sometimes work. The staff and management have been so helpful and understanding and not too sure how it could be any less than five stars. Crystal and Aubrei both Make the check-in and check out very easy. Very comfortable coming here!

Office: The waiting room floor is filthy—covered in hair and corn kernels. The seat upholstery is stained. Front desk receptionist: The office staff spent more time chatting among themselves than helping anyone. They offered zero support. A major turnoff was the lack of professionalism: the woman sitting there, around her mid forties, had about five piercings on her face, tattoos all over her neck, ears and body and was chewing gum, talking like someone raised among riff-raff. Very unappealing. The second woman, a young early twenties female, had lip Botox so botched it looked like she was having an allergic reaction to food. Then the pierced one greeted another customer with zero professional demeanor—they immediately launched into a conversation about "baby daddies." Appointment: I waited two months for this appointment. I was assured over the phone by their call reps that my insurance was accepted and the doctor was in-network. Turns out, he’s not. Overall impression: Rather than being upset, I’m actually relieved this won’t be my dental office. I’m running back to Monarch Dental—every one of their offices is top-notch, with professional employees who don’t look like they were picked up from under a bridge.

The manager was so welcoming , even though it was super busy. She was patient and I love coming here for my braces! The front desk girl made check in quick. My whole family started coming here because of them!🥰

Big shout out to Crystal and the manager for going above and beyond for us!! These girls have turned this location around in a good way. Very welcoming and made us feel like family! Highly recommend.

Establishment is very nice and clean. Staff are very nice and friendly. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by the assistant named Mariah and she was very welcoming, nice knowledgeable and professional. I was seen by Dr.Baines she is also very nice and she listens, didn’t leave me out the loop told me everything that needed to be done and explained everything so I understood what was being said. I will definitely be returning because I feel like I can trust her with my most prized possession because I believe everyone see’s your mouth before your eyes!

Unfortunately, our experience at this office has not been good. Every time we come for an appointment, one staff member with short hair is very rude and unfriendly. She often seems angry and does not treat patients with respect. We always try to be polite, but her attitude makes us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We are very disappointed and hope the management addresses this issue to improve the experience for everyone.
