Swish Dental - Alamo Heights

Thank you to the team at Swish Dental on Broadway. Deissy and Liz were pleasant and professional. The star of the day was Kristy!!! My cleaning was first class!!! It was fast, thorough, and painless…maybe the BEST cleaning ever. What a great way to start my day!!

Honestly I had such a good experience! I had been trying to find a new dental office for the longest time and came across this one on social media, so I decided to give it a try. The process was super simple to get an appointment, which I really appreciated. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and Dr. Bains took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I loved that she sat down with me and showed me a 3D image of my teeth, walking me through the problem areas while answering all my questions. I was pretty nervous going in, but they made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Everything was clean and organized, and I really appreciated how upfront they were about pricing. Definitely recommend! 10/10 🤩

I had such a genuinely great experience here. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and welcoming. As a mom, it can be stressful trying to take care of things like dental appointments while having a baby with you, but they made it feel easy. Dr. Jasmine was amazing, and Carlos, who did my cleaning, was thorough, gentle, and professional. During my visit, my baby started crying and Anastacia stepped in without hesitation. She walked around with her and kept her entertained so I could finish my exam, X-rays, and whitening without feeling overwhelmed. That meant more to me than I can even explain. The level of care and understanding they showed honestly made me emotional. I even started crying because it felt like I had a little village supporting me in that moment. I’m so grateful for the entire team and the way they went above and beyond. I highly recommend this office.

I can honestly say I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist this much. Swish Alamo Heights is modern, welcoming, and always spotless. The team is incredible—Daisy, Kristy, Anastasia, and Dr. Bains have made my Invisalign journey so easy and comfortable. Everyone is professional, kind, and truly cares about their patients. I feel completely confident that my dental health is in great hands. Highly recommend!

This Swish Dental location was fantastic…friendly staff, great amenities, and the ability to watch Netflix while you’re getting your teeth cleaned. Perfect distraction! They provided more services that I imagined and am walking away with a treatment plan and future visits booked. Not pushy with up-sales at all….just informative.

After unexpectedly losing my longtime dentist of over a decade, I went almost a full year without finding the right fit. I kept seeing Swish Dental pop up on social media with great reviews, so I finally decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in (30 minutes early, by the way!), I was greeted with the warmest welcome and genuine smiles. The intake process was seamless - everything was sent via text ahead of time, and check-in took just minutes. What truly impressed me was the technology. They walked me through a tour of the facility and then used some of the most advanced imaging and 3D scanning technology I’ve ever seen in a dental office. It was incredibly modern, efficient, and honestly pretty cool to see. As someone with a strong gag reflex and dental anxiety, 🤦‍♂️ I usually struggle during X-rays and cleanings. But their team and their equipment made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I had zero issues, which is rare for me, and that alone says a lot. They even have Netflix available during your cleaning, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and patient-centered. Every single team member was kind, professional, and welcoming. My experience was truly a 10/10. I would recommend Swish Dental without hesitation.

Just got my Invisalign today! From the initial visit I was well informed as to how my Invisalign was going to work and how long I would have to wear them. Pricing is great and payment plan is very affordable. I highly recommend😁
