Highly recommend. VIP dental experience! Their state-of-the-art equipment is impressive, and the friendly staff is wonderful. It was incredibly refreshing to visit a dentist who actually takes the time to answer every question. They did a remarkably thorough job cleaning my teeth, and the hot towel treatment at the end was the perfect touch. I’m not gatekeeping but I reserve the right to delete this if they get too crowded!

Dr. Massiah, Dr. Smolen, and their team are the BEST! Smiles on the Upper West Side is the most beautiful doctor's office I have ever been to, the team is so warm and kind, appointments are timely and smooth, and my cleaning and dental exam were thorough and thoughtful. Tammy did my cleaning and she was excellent; I have never had such a neat cleaning! She was meticulously clean and tidy, and wonderfully friendly and lovely to speak with. Thank you all for your incredible patient care!

this was probably the best medical experience i’ve had in my entire life. every single staff member was friendly and professional, super helpful, the office is gorgeous and provides a calming atmosphere. Dr Messiah - please nobody take offense - but he is definitely the Messiah of dentistry. i was absolutely amazed by his ability to solve what i’d been told was a huge problem in less than 1/2 hr with absolutely no pain. He was professional but very friendly, genuinely caring, and exudes calm. i want to be him when i grow up. Trust me, this is the dentist you want to go to!!!

I enjoyed the atmosphere of this dental office. Very friendly team! My dentist was attentive and professional. She had a calming chairside manner. I especially liked that she wanted to understand my dental journey and habits. She spoke to me in a non judgmental way and was complimentary in my efforts at better dental care. She recommended treatment and showed urgency but was not pushy. The dental assistant was very friendly, professional and caring. Thanks for making me feel at ease Dr. Statham!

Amazing quality and next level experience! I cannot recommend Dr. Massiah’s Smiles at Upper West Side enough! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. The office is new, spotless, modern, and has a very relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. Dr. Massiah is fantastic—he took the time to explain every detail of my exam, answered all my questions without rushing me, and truly cares about his patients. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough. The imaging for a night guard, which leveraged state of the art technology, was stress less and the outcome highly accurate. I reside out of state and travel to Smiles at Upper West Side for my dental appointments. Absolutely recommend!

It’s so nice to visit a dental office and you don’t feel like you are at the dentist. Beautiful high end office. Lovely knowledgeable staff. I neglected the issues of my mouth for years and now Dr Massiah will bring my gorgeous smile back.
