Perfect Smiles Orthodontics - Upper West Side

We had a wonderful experience with the office and Dr. Bukholts. My three middle schoolers were turned down by other orthodontist because they were "too young for Invisalign". Not only they were fit for Invisalign but the results were phenomenal. The price was also very reasonable for Invisalign and lower than in the other office. The office takes insurance and very accommodating with late hours (so much needed for students). All around a great experience. Highly recommend.

Updated: After having my braces removed for several years, I had made an appointment to have a mold done for a replacement retainer. Dr. Bukholts and her staff were courteous and treated me well. The Reception desk listened to my concerns. The assistant that had taken my mold took great care of me as well, looking forward to my new retainer. I included two photos of my retainers. The left photo shows the updated retainer that feels a lot better than the previous version (on the right). The retainer feels more natural and comfortable. Glad I made this appointment!

Dr. Bukholts was very attentive, generous, and forthcoming in addressing my concerns and questions during my consultation. I was feeling anxious about my current braces treatment with another orthodontist and she very generously gave me her professional opinion. I felt seen and listened to as a patient; thank you Dr. Bukholts!

Dr. was unfriendly, sloppy, rushed. Left glue on my teeth that I had to go to a dentist to have removed. Once they have your money there's not much you can do. I do not recommend.

Dr Olga Bukholts is an outstanding orthodontist! She is incredibly responsive, always taking the time to answer my endless questions with patience and care. Throughout the whole treatment she was supportive, understanding, and made me feel confident at every step. Thanks to her professionalism and dedication!

I loved my experience with Perfect Smiles. Dr Bukholts was very knowledgeable and communicative and the staff is always very friendly. I first had a consultation with another orthodontist who wasn’t friendly and I ultimately decided not to move forward with.
