Bay View Dental Care

They are a breathing of fresh air after leaving my last dentist office where I felt like my preferences were not taken into consideration. This is my 3rd or 4th appointment and I’m very happy with the dentists and all of the other employees. They are communicative and don’t mind explaining what they are doing and why which is very comforting for me.

I went in for a slightly urgent appointment with concerns about my teeth. I had Teri as my hygienist who was super sweet, and super GENTLE while cleaning my teeth. I literally barely felt anything she was doing, and I had been experiencing some gum pain (hence why i was there) so that was amazing. Dr. Nakhla was the dentist who saw me, and she was so funny and nice. She put me at ease about the issues I was experiencing and also was very willing to help get me a referral to speak with another specialist about some issues regarding my TMJ. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, I appreciated it a lot! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable visit/experience with the dentist and the assistant. They showed genuine interest in my dental needs and how my day was going. Even the receptionists were very kind and welcoming. Keep up the great customer service 👍 👏

Dr Nakhla and Veronica are excellent. They fit me in as an urgent same day appointment when I was in a lot of pain and were able to provide a same day tooth extraction. They were both highly competent, compassionate and nonjudgmental. I was Pain-free within 24 hours. I will definitely recommend your practice.

I have mixed reviews about Bay View Dental. I was satisfied with the services Bay View Dental provided to me and my family by their staff. My problems have always been with their billing department. On several occasions I was over billed for services. They had never issued me a refund without me questioning the charges. Make sure to check EOB'S to match your responsible payments. In my situations it has been very difficult to get reimbursed for refunds, even after talking with them about the charges. As I write this review, I have been waiting almost 2 months for a reimbursement. We have been customers of Bay View Dental for years, but I will no longer be going back.

Peaceful place and good environment. It was fast and he explained thoroughly what it could be with my breathe and teeth. Very educated and well knowledgeable, he also recommended some products what to buy to prevent and help my teeth and breathe.
