As a dental colleague, I had the unique perspective of appreciating both the patient experience and the technical excellence behind my treatment. Dr. Juson treated me with Spark aligners over the past 2.5 years, and the level of care he provided throughout my clear aligner treatment was truly exceptional. His attention to detail, thoughtful planning, and commitment to achieving the best possible result were evident at every step of the process. As a clinician myself, I can genuinely say the quality of his work is outstanding. The entire team is wonderful, professional, and welcoming. The office itself is absolutely beautiful. It is modern, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, which elevates the entire patient experience. I am incredibly grateful for the care Dr. Juson and his team provided and could not be happier with my result. I highly recommend his practice to anyone considering orthodontic treatment or clear aligner therapy.

I’ve really enjoyed my time with the team at The Orthodontist & Co. Every member is so kind and friendly, from reception to the director, and I felt comfortable trusting them with my smile. The treatment took longer than originally planned (as most things do), but I’m glad they were willing to take the time for perfection and ensuring my bite improved. I think the treatment here is more expensive than other locations overall, but I think it is worth it - the team was always accessible via text/call/app, and very transparent with the plan and I am very happy with the results. It can be a bit hard getting appointments when you would like, but overall had a great time here. Would recommend! It was always a joy coming here 🙂

I had such a wonderful experience with Orthodontist & Co. LIC office! Dr. Gina was incredibly caring, patient, and always made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment journey. Dr. Juson took the time to thoroughly explain every procedure being performed, which made me feel informed and confident every step of the way. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Most importantly, I absolutely love my beautiful smile! Truly the gold standard. As a 33-year-old, I was both intimidated and self-conscious by the idea of getting any orthodontic work done. But after meeting with Dr. Juson and his team, the choice was clear: this is best place to do it (and please take it from someone who spent A LOT of time researching all the other local options!). Dr. Juson created a unique custom plan for me that both satisfied my desire to keep the work discreet but also effective and efficient. Here I am now on the other side with a perfect set of teeth and an impacted canine that is finally in place. The whole team here is incredibly friendly, professional, communicative, and empathetic. It is a strange sensation being excited for orthodontic appointments, but that's what happened. Thank you all for your expert care, attention to detail, and welcoming dispositions. Worth every penny (and this is coming from someone who is below the mean salary of the area).

My son started his orthodontic care with Dr. Juson and we couldn’t be happier with the progress he’s made. From the very beginning the office staff and Dr. Juson have walked is through every step of the process and made my son feel comfortable at every visit. Quality care at its finest! My daughter has also started her orthodontic care with Dr. Juson and it’s going wonderfully. Our family has moved to Long Island making our commute to the office long however we stay with Dr. Juson because The Orthodontist and Co. LIC provides exceptional service! Since October 2022 through February 2026, I have been under the care of Dr. Juson and his team. They have been nothing short of exceptional. They are incredibly helpful, caring, and true perfectionists in their work. I completed Spark treatment to straighten my teeth after previous braces, mainly to correct shifting and set my mouth up for long‑term success. They worked with my FSA in multiple installments, and even when my treatment took longer than originally expected, I never had to pay beyond the contracted amount. They honored everything exactly as promised. My smile has never looked better, and I trust and recommend them to everyone. The entire staff is the nicest and sweetest, always offering refreshments, helping me with parking, and making every visit feel comfortable. I drove all the way from Bayside, Queens and even Staten Island to make my appointments because the care was truly worth it. At the end of my treatment, the whole office surprised me with a congratulatory card and a whitening kit, which meant so much. They truly are the best, using the latest techniques and equipment, and treating every patient with genuine kindness and attention to detail.

I had a long 5 year journey to better aligned teeth with the Orthodontist & Co and they have been an absolute joy to work with the entire time. Dr Juson and team were so supportive throughout the whole process. They were really attentive to every patient and their individual concerns.
