Arbor: A Dental Concept

I had a really great experience at Arbor Dental. Everyone was super welcoming, and the office was clean and inviting. I was pretty nervous going in, but the attention to detail and the advanced technology helped calm my nerves. I met with Dr. Lin, had X-rays done (which were actually really cool), got a cleaning, and everything was explained clearly — both my oral health and how my insurance works. I’ve got some fillings scheduled and feel good knowing what to expect. I’m also scheduled with Dr. Leland for surgery next month, and I feel comfortable knowing I’m in good hands.

Arbor provides professional, thorough, and quality dental care! The office makes you feel well taken care of. Dr. Panara did an excellent job, explaining all the findings in detail and the proposed plan. Side note, that was the best numbing experience ever - no pain!! Glad I found this place!

Every time I walk into the office I am greeted with such friendiness and warmth. From the front desk to every person I encounter. They are all caring and professional. I love going to the dentist, as long as it's Arbor: A Dental Concept. They have the most cutting edge technology that makes me feel included and knowledgeable about my dental hygiene. If the rating scale went to 10 they'd be an 11.

Really impressed with how clean and modern the office is, especially the technology they use. The Dr. Keh was easy to talk to and explained things clearly, which made the whole experience feel relaxed. She even gave me an eye mask while I listened to Gossip Girl during my treatment. Seeing photos during the treatment was a nice touch, and everything turned out great. The pricing felt reasonable for the quality of care. Would definitely recommend!!

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Sanjuan. The level of care and attention he provides truly stands out. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Dr. Sanjuan to anyone looking for a dentist who is both skilled and compassionate.

Recently moved to the city so have been looking for a good dentist. After my first visit here I think I’ve found it! Had such a great experience with the staff. Their technology is very advanced and the dentist makes sure you understand everything. Will be returning soon!

I visited the dental clinic twice. The first time I was seen by a doctor in network and the second time by someone out of network. They never notified me of this change and I only realized this after I paid out of pocket! Would not recommend this place. There are plenty of better clinics better at communication in LIC.
