Worst dental office in Lincoln. After paying over $20k to an oral surgeon for implants $20k to this office for hybrid zirconia prosthetics their incompetent staff , who don't know how to do simple dental insurance billing, sent a $90 X-ray bill to a debt collector. Also, during a visit I saw an office staff member making fun of a mentally ill patient. How rude. The lab they use is horrible too. Also, the zirconia hybrid chipped after being told by the dentist it would never happen. Look at the picture. Do you want to spend over $20k to have a chipped tooth? I'll be disputing it and making sure I pass this horrible dental office on to other social media platforms to warn others.

I love this place. They are kind and professional. And the place is beautiful inside. 😊 The room is so comforting inside with the wood tilted ceilings. It makes it so peaceful. 😊 And thanks to Barb for taking such good care of me! She made sure I was comfortable and wasn't the kind to get irritated with having to stop and rest my jaw from time to time like other dentist offices I've experienced before. Lol No complaints at all!

Dr. Antholz is the best! We’ve been coming here for several years. When my son took a hit to his front tooth, Dr. Antholz met us at the office right away—even on a weekend. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and truly caring. We couldn’t ask for better care.

Do not come here for dental care. At all. I left my home 30 minutes early to get to my appointment, however on the way there was an accident on the highway, so instead of it being a 15 minute drive turned to almost a 30 minute one. On the way, I get a phone call asking if I’m on the way. I tell them I’m about less than 10 minutes out because traffic is absolutely terrible. They tell me they will have to reschedule me to the end of JUNE. No compassion whatsoever. Just that they’re "on a tight schedule" They told me this when I was less than 5 minutes out at this point, and I’m completely done. I had to then turn around my car and head home. This facility isn’t about patient care, there is no professionalism, just straight rude individuals. I’m completely upset and they’re telling me they can put me on a on-call list, I don’t even bother to give them more of my time because they don’t appreciate mine. Will be looming for a new dental place. Good luck to all patients here.

I always have a great experience here. But Dr. Sara Donner always goes above and beyond. I had a broken tooth emergency that she came in after close time to fix me up. Even though she had a 5am flight the next morning. And she checked up on me! The fix was done beautifully. She had me in and out in no time. She is always extremely professional and sweet and kind and always remembers her patients. Not to mention she is a very talented dentist. You couldn’t hope for a better experience.

Had Dr. Lacy for over 30 years and never any issues. After he retired Antholz took over my dental care. For the first time my dental insurance denied his claim twice for crown prep. I ended up going to an oral surgeon and had to have tooth extracted and implant done. I go to a very good dentist now that care about me and not just the money.

I’m not a fan of dentists by nature, but my experience with Dr. Donner and her staff was amazing!!! She is calming and patient, giving me detailed explanations of her work, which she did seamlessly. I have no worries going in for additional procedures that I have been putting off for years! Highly recommended!
