I would highly recommend Complete Family Dentistry to anyone. Here is why: Newer to Lincoln and needed my 6 month dentist routine clean. Found Complete Family Dentistry through my insurance. Dr. Sartori and staff have a returning customer. It was a fantastic visit. From the start at reception, to the dentist hygienist, to Dr. Sartori, they all were incredibly friendly, personable, and took great care of me. The tools they have and the set up makes it as efficient and easy on you as possible. The x-rays, teeth cleaning, and overall check up was done with care and they did a great job. Dr. Sartori even went above and beyond and helped grind down a tooth to make it even that was a bit chipped. As long as I live in Lincoln, there is nobody else I want to go to.

I have known Dr Sartori for over 30 years. He and his staff are knowledgeable and kind. They build positive relationships with their clients. I just had a root canal and partial crown. I highly recommend Complete Family Dentistry.

Terrible customer service. I had to call back to schedule appointments after being told I'd get a call back. I owed $100 for a few months and was denied service after paying my bill. Again, I had to call them back for them to tell me I couldn't come back. Not a smart move to give up thousands of dollars in service over a $100 dollar bill. Your loss!!!! I would not recommend this place to anybody. If you don't want to be called back for appointments and denied service over $100 bills this is your place. Terrible!
