The staff at this location are absolutely amazing!!! I have EXTREME anxiety about going to the dentist. From the moment I met with Mary the hygienist, she recognized my anxiety and went above and beyond to help me relax. Mary continued to reassure me that I was safe and in good hands. She truly is an angel! I also have to recognize Dr Dihn and her assistant Santos! Mary explained my anxiety and they were miracle workers!! I have never had a better experience than I did in this office!! Thank you Mary, Santos and Dr Dihn!!!

My husband had 4 teeth removed today. What should have been a 1h appointment turned into 2.5h. The care shown to him/us by Dr Kathy and Kaylee were exceptional. There were some complications (not due to the care, just issues with his teeth), What could have been a negative turned into a positive... we both felt bad about the delay to others but we are very thankful for the caring and compassionate staff. I had a great experience. They walked me through the procedures step by step. They listened to my concerns and feelings. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they greeted me with respect.

Everybody at this office were very helpful. They made me very comfortable and took great care in getting me my new dentures. The lab tech Raquel was great. She explained exactly what she was going to do and was very helpful in making sure that I was happy with the way my teeth looked. I would recommend them to anybody that needs dentures.

I had a very disappointing experience at Aspen Dental. My appointment lasted about 1.5 hours, yet I never received a cleaning. The entire visit was spent on imaging, reviewing scans, and then being moved to a lounge area to discuss a treatment plan. The process felt extremely corporate and transactional rather than patient-centered. Instead of having a clinical conversation in the chair with the dentist, I was presented with a costly treatment plan that included multiple procedures without what felt like a thorough, transparent explanation of why they were necessary. I was also told my insurance was "strange," which came across as dismissive rather than helpful. Insurance plans vary widely, and I would have appreciated a clearer, more professional explanation of coverage instead of language that felt like pressure to accept treatment. Additionally, the imaging process itself was uncomfortable and felt rushed. After investing significant time in the appointment, I left feeling more like I had attended a sales presentation than a healthcare visit. Patients deserve transparency, clinical discussion, and respect for their comfort — not a prolonged process that ends in an expensive care plan without clear justification. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

They took incredibly great care of me, made me feel comfortable through something that would otherwise be unpleasant and stressful, made sure to ask if I had a preferred name, which meant so much to me, and overall just took great care to make me feel comfortable and safe.

How can I possibly say enough good things about an experience? I have had an old beat up set of dentures that were about to celebrate their 15th birthday and was in need of a new set badly. From the moment I walked into the door, the entire staff and Dr.Kathy have been unbelievably lovely in every way. Today I received my dentures and I can’t be more thrilled. Raquel who crafted these is an absolute artist and produced my new teeth with attention to detail and a skill set that has to be seen to be believed. I’m so grateful I chose this location for how each person interacted with me and the care they show for their clients. Thank you all!
