As a new patient, I was impressed and satisfied with the appointment. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to Dr. Ryan Shaffer’s assistant to Dr. Ryan himself, I was greeted and treated with extreme kindness and compassion. Dr. Shaffer was thorough, addressed all of my questions, and never made the appointment feel rushed. Likewise his assistant was equally attentive, thorough in her responsibilities, and very sweet. Thanks to the entire staff for making my first visit a comfortable experience, with a special shout-out to Vicki, whom I’ve known for some time and can always count on! This is a very nice dental office with outstanding providers across the board!

Southridge Dental has been a genuine gem. Although I had experienced significant dental anxiety the majority of my life, at Southridge Dental I have been anxiety free. This has been nothing short of astounding for me. I’ve been a patient here for almost 20 years, and I can honestly say this is the best dental office around. From day one, I’ve never felt like just another number — they truly know and care about their patients. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Receptionist (Vicki) was awesome! Jayna was my hygentist and she was so personable and professional. Dr Steve was terrific and I feel like I received a very thorough examination. Nevaeh assisted and was very professional. This was my first time with this practice as I have moved from another practice in Lincoln. I was very impressed with my care and will continue to be a patient at South Ridge Dental Clinic!

I went to Southridge dental for a teeth cleaning. I go every six months, twice a year. My dental hygienist is Sydney. She is very kind, very knowledgeable and has a very tender touch, which is what you would prefer in a dental office. My tooth cleaning was Gentle and painless as usual. Thank you very much, Sydney!
