WGM seemed like kind people, and I generally had a positive experience during treatment. My teeth ended up aligned and my bite improved. However, as an adult I later learned from an oral and maxillofacial surgeon that I have a significant jaw discrepancy and mandibular recession that will require corrective jaw surgery and another round of orthodontic treatment. According to the specialist I consulted, the tooth movement from my previous orthodontic treatment may have been improper. What has been most upsetting to me is that neither I nor my parents recall ever being informed that my jaw discrepancy might eventually require surgical correction or that it was medically significant. My understanding now is that earlier evaluation or different treatment planning could potentially have changed my long-term outcome. I understand treatment decisions can vary between providers, and I’m open to reviewing any records or information showing these concerns were discussed with my family at the time. But based on what I currently know, I feel frustrated that I was not made more aware of the severity of the issue earlier.

Dr Maggard and his team is absolutely the best. I did not get the assistants name on yesterday but we enjoyed you and your professionalism.

Everybody there is Great! Starting when you walk in with Angela,all the way back! Dr Maggard is as on point as you can get! Very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend this dentist 100%! We won’t go anywhere else ever again!
