Front desk lady is not very knowledgeable about the dental procedures. I was told by her that my broken front tooth on my dental could not be repaired but it was then upon checking out she didn't know the code to use for my procedure I was told she would call me the next morning then wait 5 minutes. I was given the amount that shocked me bc I have no dental insurance but if she had known about giving estimates I could have been prepared. Karen the receptionist before was the best 👌🏾

This was my first visit to Beaumont Dental Assiciate clinic. The staff was very attentive and kind. My dental problems were explained to me in detail and clearly. I highly recommend this clinic with very professional staff.

Always a great experience! Everyone is friendly and pleasant from the second you walk through the door. You are always greeted by name and they treat you like an old friend. Amber was my hygienist and she is fabulous! Great explanations of all procedures. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite but they do an incredible job making sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to and I’m *suuuuper* picky about dentists. The staff are super timely, kind, and informative. They’re not interested in doing any work that doesn’t absolutely need to be done, which is a huge must for me. And they had marshmallow flavored toothpaste that was *glorious* Cannot recommend this practice enough and so thankful to have found them!

I was very pleased with the receptionist when I walked in she was apologetic about not being able to get in touch with me she left me a text message but I did not look at my phone so I did not know that she had done that but I was not able to get anything done because my insurance is an EPO and you do not take EPO so I would have to pay the full amount on the work that I want done so I told her that I would talk to my wife and decide on what I want to do but your receptionist was very nice and she even told me to come back that they would like to have my business.

Just had my 1st visit to the dentist since COVID and I have to say, this is the absolute BEST dentist I have ever gone to! The whole staff from scheduling, check in, hygienist and seeing the Dr were all amazing! As soon as I finished, I started texting my friends and coworkers telling them that they needed to be seen here! The clinic itself is beautiful and the people who work there are beautiful as well!

Cleaning and evaluation of 82 year old goat on May 22, 2025. Fantastic hygienist who was super, speaks German and Spanish, wonderful Dr Soss who puts you at ease and only dentist with a sense of humor and the receptionist named Karen who cares about the patients. She is about to retire and we are going to kidnap her if she does and bring her back. I used to break out in sweats when going to the dentist, now only begrudgingly accept it. Best practice I have ever been to. Thanks -
