I enjoyed my experience today! I loved my dental hygienist and enjoyed talking with her. She made me feel very comfortable during my cleaning and was so sweet. I enjoyed meeting the dentist as well today. Super nice. Front desk staff was SO kind as well. I feel as though this is the best dental office I’ve been to and feel very happy with my cleaning! Thank you everyone for all you do!

Everyone was so friendly there. My teeth needed a good cleaning, our previous dentist didn't have a hygienist, Carol was very patient and did an excellent job cleaning them. And she was gentle, it didn't hurt. Dr. Burchett is also very friendly, she talks to you, she explains everything and is not rough when she works on you. Toni at the front desk is very nice, she talks to you when she's not busy. I had to call several times before coming in and she was always so sweet on the phone. I didn't get the tech's name who helped the dentist, but she was also nice. I guess it must be a prerequisite to work there! This was a totally different experience for me in dental visit's, I highly recommend them.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Don’t expect a call back at all for weeks they said they moved and to give them a text, but it has literally been five weeks since I have called and no one will pick up the phone. I go to their office. No one is there because apparently they are still moving. I do think they should have prepared a lot better than this. I do not recommend these people to anyone while they are moving.

They were great until they weren’t. We have dental insurance and always paid for our services in full at the time they were rendered. I never felt like they were trying to upsell us, and everyone at the practice was very nice. But my husband has been having major health issues, including needing surgery, so we had to reschedule his fillings a few times. After the second time rescheduling, the practice totally stopped responding to us. I lost count of how many times I called/texted. At the time of this review, it’s been 2 weeks without a response, and I presume we’ve been dismissed. I understand the need to dismiss clients, but you should at least have the decency to tell them so rather than leaving them in the lurch, especially when they don’t owe any money and their records indicate that they need treatment.

Was never told it would be a 2 hour procedure? Was not told about the cost up front. Seems to me that if the first appointments are scheduled at 9 AM, the staff should be there by 8:30 AM! Seems to be a 30 minute grace period? Check out was iffy! I don’t want to know about a balance from 2-3 years ago that the bookkeeper failed his responsibilities! Take up the previous balance with him, sorry! My Care Credit debit was $ 2800.03 but my bill shows a payment of $ 2003.00. Just to know, I’m not looking to pay the previous balance, whenever you get to the "L’s"! Get it from Daniel! I have been loyal and long standing patient for over 10 years and I do appreciate the staff and hold a high regard for Dr Burchett! I feel she has a team that is dedicated and committed and in due time, will put all the pieces of the puzzle together! Regards, Alan Lamoureux

I've been coming to here for about 18 years! Gina was my first hygienist and I've stuck with her. My teeth feel amazing when I'm done! And doc is so kind and doesn't suggest anything I don't need, which is great with me. My husband goes to a more expensive place and they always want to do something, like whitening.. I'll keep going where I am

I appreciated the clerk going over my insurance coverage. She told me things I didn't know I was covered for. I also appreciated getting in so quickly to have my tooth fixed. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you.
