I highly suggest this place. They even work on Saturdays, which is very convenient. I had my first cleaning with them and left feeling good about my teeth. I had to switch my dentist because I felt I was just a source of $$$$, and the quality was lacking. I’m highly impressed that my current plan requires no procedures, whereas my previous dentist had four other items on the list to fix. This is a tough world out there, but I’m sure I will be back.

I had a Broken tooth that was causing me pain and couldn't find a dentist that wasn't booked out for months. A friend told us about this place, and they were able to get me in within a couple of days. Unfortunately, the first dentist I saw wasn't comfortable pulling it, so he sent me home with antibiotics and within a week I was back in there with the surgeon. I am absolutely terrified of dentist not only due to pain but fear of judgement as well. There was none of that here. Everyone from the front desk to back was super friendly and calming. They numbed me well and even took out another tooth giving me issues same day. It was as painless as could be. they gave me the cost breakdown of everything up front and sent me home with extra gauze and thorough instructions and even followed up to check on me the next day. They were friendly, timely, and affordable! Highly recommend. My family will be going here from now on!

They were great. I got in as a same day urgent care dental appointment, because I have a Medicare advantage insurance plan I wasn’t sure if I had dental so I made the appointment as no insurance. Katelin at the front desk checked my card and found out I do have insurance and they were in network. Even though the tooth was broken to the root and couldn’t be saved I had such a good experience with the dentists, the hygienist and the front office. I would definitely recommend them. They even called me the next day to make sure I was okay. The service is topnotch

.🥰😇😇😇😇.OMG..this place was amazing..my upper back tooth had been hurting for a few days..was trying to see my original dentist but they are closed on Friday and Monday and the weekend and my tooth hurt every time i tried to eat sumthing..I was searching for any dentist open on Friday and can see me asap..I found this place..I called on Friday around 2pm they scheduled me to come in at 4pm SAME DAY. I get off work at 3pm from my job, I went straight there was in and out before 5pm..receptionist, dental assistant, dentist, facility was all amazing,,fixed the problem and had GREAT EXPERIENCE AND CARE..about 10 minutes before writing this review they literally just called me because they are ALSO open on Saturday till 2pm and checked on how I was doing post op.. I have NEVER had a dentist facility call me to do that it was always just an online review....I RECOMMEND THIS AMAZING FACILITY TO ANYBODY needing great care for any dental problems they may have..😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😃😃😃

Dr. Piepgrass , the owner if you are not, and the dental hygienist Dr. Piepgrass. I want to address you directly. Your bedside manner is trash and you should not be in healthcare. My daughter and I left flabbergasted after her appointment. You began by asking my daughter her age and what she does, which was not a problem. When she told you her age, you immediately ask her if she's interested in enlisting in the military!! My daughter answered no. You couldn't leave well enough alone so you turn to me and ask if I want her to enlist. To that my answer was absolutely NOT! What made you think it was okay to initiate a discussion about politics during a dental appointment?? If you have not noticed, this country cares noting about it's citizens, particularly Black people, so for you to ask us something so insensitive during this time is insane! You have to be the owner because there is no way someone would keep you employed as unprofessional as you are. You should not be responsible for the care of others. I will be sure to let everyone I know never to do business with you all. To the dental hygienist that was nervously laughing during this encounter, unless you condone this, I hope you are able to use your voice to share feedback on how inappropriate this was. To the owner (if he is not) Shame on you! Get rid of him why is he still seeing patients? Do you condone this behavior?

I had a wonderful experience with Fayette Mall Dental. I am not from Lexington, but Dr. Piepgrass immediately made me feel like family and he was very informative about dental health. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Park and her expertise made me very grateful for the dentist office I chose! The excellent service did not end there because the other staff were also very helpful. Amber, the dental hygienist, will make you feel like you have known her for years and Michelle will make your experience as easy and seamless as possible! I could not recommend this place enough!
