Dr Kelley performed a re-treat root canal on a molar that he previously did in 2010. Got a appt very quickly. The visit to his office was very pleasant- he has friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Dr Kelley was so nice, and he explained what he needed to do, got me taken care of within about 90 mins total. He is very professional and courteous and made me feel very comfortable and confident in his ability to fix my problem. Procedure was not that stressful at all, not painful. Would def return to him if I ever needed to again in the future.

Dr. Eccker, Preston and the front office ladies provided the best experience possible for a specialist office. From the moment I walked in to the time I left I felt so comfortable and honestly, safe. They asked me several questions to get the root cause of what was causing all of my pain. Took their time with me, and actually cared. Great conversation and honestly, a joyful experience given the circumstances. I highly recommend that if you need an endodontist, visit this office. Specifically ask for Dr Eccker. However, I am sure everyone in that office is just as great. The biggest thank you to everyone. To have been so nervous but be instantly calmed from the moment I was greeted is everything. 10/10 recommend!

I can't recommend them highly enough. They managed to work me in on a Friday and my root canal was easy and completely pain free and I was in and out and on my way in about an hour. Very skilled, professional and all around excellent. I don't recommend needing a root canal, but if you find yourself needing one, this is absolutely the place to come.

This is my second visit to Dr. Kelley since July and he and his staff are absolutely amazing. Tiffany was his assistant today and she was nice and informative and very patient. Both of my experiences here have been top notch and even though I’ll be happy to not have to go back for more root canals, I’d be happy to back to see them again! I had a root canal done by Dr. Dave Eccker and it honestly went way better than I expected. I didn’t feel a thing, and he took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what was happening. His assistant, Janise, was super friendly and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. The whole process was smooth, not awful at all like I’d imagined. Taylor, the patient coordinator, was also extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to care. Overall, a really great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Endodontic Center of Lexington. As soon as we walked in the office we were greeted by the friendliest ladies at the front desk. They made us feel like we had always been friends. This helped comfort my daughter who was nervous about her procedure. The kindness and friendliness did not stop there, the same friendly atmosphere was present throughout the whole office. Dr. Eccker and his assistant Preston were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They made my daughter feel very at ease. I would highly recommend Endodontic Center of Lexington!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a root canal! From entering the office until leaving. Everyone was so patient, kind, helpful and reassuring. I never felt anything during and had no pain afterwards, even the next day my mouth was not even sore. Dr. Eccker and Preston are too notch. Highly recommend.
